Our spacious Townhouse boasts ideal layout with living areas on ground floor and sleeping quarters upstairs with 2 separate bedrooms, each equipped with its own en-suite bathroom!

Patio out back is a true gem and great place to relax and enjoy the fresh air at the heart of Downtown... & if that isn't enough, just walk out the front door to catch amazing sunsets across the Mississippi !

My Memphis Stay

Francky was wonderful. The place was amazing . Enough room for me and my friend. We parked in the garage that was next door and it was very reasonable. $!0.00 for 24 hours which was perfect. Loved it.

Lovely place-great location-nice owner!

Franck’s and Kristin were great to work with and generously shared their actual home while they were out of town. The King bed was very comfortable and the furniture as well. A lovely enclosed patio allowed us to have the door open and fresh air with the gorgeous weather we had. Location is terrific! Close to Beale, Civil Rights museum, the Riverwalk and restaurants. Would happily seek out this home again if we were ever in Memphis!

Excellent location!

We had a very nice stay in Memphis and appreciated the easy communication with the owner. I think it's important to note that this is the owner's primary residence which took us a bit off guard when we checked in (all their personal items are in the home; closets, drawers, fridge, etc). Had never experienced that before with a VRBO. But we adjusted and had a very nice stay.

Very Nice Home In An Excellent Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely townhome. There was ample space and comfortable finishes but the location was the best feature. Walking distance to parks, dining and more. Great communication with the property manager. Would love to return again soon.
