Great space for our 2 family group. Unfortunately we were late season so no skiing but the convenience and access was great. Great communication with the host before during and after trip
The condos were very nice. The kitchen and living rooms nice sized for slope side. The pool was a couple of buildings away but had a locker room to use to change so it was nice. The lifts were closed due to poor snow, so can't comment on that and many restaurants were closed since the slope was closed. There is one parking space per condo, so plan for that. The only negative was the lack of drawer space for clothes. Everything else was great.
Adult children, grandchildren and grandparents all agree, this property was the best location we’ve ever stayed and met everyone’s needs. We hope to be back.
Property is well located and loved the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Some of the bedrooms were very small. Seemed designed to fit a lot of people. We like the fact that it’s really two condos so it offered some separation for families.
You can’t beat the proximity to the slopes and shops in Mountain Village. This listing is actually two adjoining properties but are at the end of a hallway, which does provide great privacy. Both properties are well equipped and very comfortable.
Great property. My only frustration was the limited parking because we had 4 vehicles. The level I parked on never had any vehicles other than mine, the entire length of our stay great family vacation.
Ideal for staying in the Park City Mountain resort area. Using the City bus is convenient and will take you on a 5 to 10 minute trip to downtown. Short walk to many ski rental shops and the ski lifts. I'm left with the impression the interior pictures were taken when the property was new. The inside has seen some normal wear and tear when one considers that the property has been a rental for about four years.

Park City trip
This unit is described as a 5 bedroom luxury property. It is not. It is two side by side units with locked doors in between. It is very high priced and the quality did not match the description or the price. There is no housekeeping, trash is supposed to be carried by visitors to a site two blocks away! The gym and pool are 3-4 blocks away! In addition our cable TV did not work the whole time we were there. I am very disappointed and will not rent from this company again.
Recently updated. Location and access to PCMR is top notch. Couple things that renters should be aware of. Parking is in a separate, adjacent building and requires a separate building code that doesn’t apply to all entrances to that separate building. The two units are next to each other, but are not “connected” inside the units. So if you have a large party with multiple families, e.g, the kids will need to go between the units through the front door of each unit (it’s all still inside the building and right next to each other). Point being, these are two separate, standalone units that are being rented together. Finally, there isn’t much storage space in closets (eg dressers or shelves)to put away clothes and personal items during your stay. All these are minor issues for our stay/party. Units were great and management on top of it. But others may care about these details.
Large unit - which is really two condos with separate entrances, not connecting, but it worked out for three families, two with little kids. Large well-equipped kitchen in one unit and enough dining space for us all to sit together when we brought chairs over from the other side. Liked that a Pack N Play and highchair were available for use. Really a 4.8 star rating only because the pool is a five minute hike with little ones across the plaza and not in the building. Photos and description are somewhat misleading there. Easy access to slopes - right above apres-ski live music every day but they stopped by 7 PM and didn't disrupt bedtime for the kids.
This place was amazing!! Rented out as two separate units right next to each other, but easily accessible and more than enough space for our large group. Close to all the action and a very short walk to the bus stop which is a quick ride to Main Street etc. Check-in was an easy process, the place was clean and the location was near all the activities and restaurants! The property manager was super helpful/friendly and answered any questions that I had. Highly recommend booking for your Park City adventure!

We had 15 guys fit comfortably into the two units. The units were amazing and couldn’t ask for a better location. The service from the owners was great, they let us check in early and left us some great bottles of wine. Would definitely come back.
You couldn't ask for a more convenient location if you're skiing PCMR. You can look out the window and see the ticket window which is right next to the stairs for the main lifts. The condos were more than spacious for our 2 families, one family of 4 and another family of 6. Everything was in working order and the check out process could not be more easy and painless. I also reached out to the management company a couple of times before our trip and they were really helpful. Maybe the only thing we missed in one of the condos was a kitchen towel? No worries though, we just used the paper towel provided. They even provided humidifiers and a glove/boot dryer. I would highly recommend if you have a larger group. Do note that these are 2 separate condos - the entrances are right next to each other. Worked great for our families.
