Idéalement situé et confortable

L’appartement est confortable et propre, bien équipé et parfaitement situé, entre la plage, le port et au départ de différentes balades. L’accueil et les échanges très chaleureux et cordiaux. Nous avons passé des bonnes vacances.

Vacances à Arzon

Arzon beau port de plaisance peu adapté à notre cas qui ne navigons pas. Appartement un peu petit et minimaliste. Trois chambres dont une, plutôt une alcôve qu'une chambre à coucher pas pour un adulte. Vmc en panne et problèmes d'humidité et d'odeur en résultant. Appartement peu conciliable avec des enfants les jours de pluie. Il fallait toujours laisser la voiture sur place sinon sous peine de ne pas la retrouver au retour. Donc pas de sortie exterieure au village. Dommage pas de lave linge et obligé de faire la queue au lavomatic. Problèmes électriques : prises et va et vient. Les voisins du dessous bruyants quand ils étaient sur le terrasse on ne pouvait pas ouvrir les fenêtres très derangeant. Par contre très arrangeant au niveau des dates. En résumé un peu déçus de notre séjour.

Madame .je pense que vous n'avez pas assez étudier la station balnéaire ainsi que l appartement sur Abritel. les dates choisis avec le vilain temps malheureusement. au contraire beaucoup de retour appréciant de tout faire a pied sans prendre la voiture. Les voisins bruyants jamais on ne m'en a fait par, mais il est possible de faire la fête un soir ou deux. pour la Vmc ne le sachant je vais faire au plus vite la réparation. appartement de vaçances
