• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Great property! Loved our stay.
We had a great experience with this rental property. The rooftop patio is amazing, and we had wonderful weather so we were able to enjoy it most evenings. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was that the wifi was spotty at best, and often wasn't working at all. Overall great experience!

Baronne 4 Bed Condo stay
Clean and spacious. 4 bedrooms spread out through 2 floors. Comfortable beds. Some updating and simple repairs would make the stay much better but overall a good stay. Management was prompt to address any concerns.

Great Stay
We had a great stay in New Orleans. This property is close to everything but far enough away you aren’t in the direct spotlight of Bourbon Street. There are two floors so know that. Something we had to call on. Great stay. Thanks The bar downstairs is awesome too

Great condo and location; checkout challenges
Excellent condo a couple blocks from Canal St with plenty of space and excellent furnishings. Quality dining options within a block added to the convenience. Overly loud sound system from the bar behind the condo blared techno until 12:30 in the morning Saturday night. After being offered a discounted extra night, we asked for an extended checkout before our afternoon flight left. They could not confirm until 10am the morning we left which was not ideal. One hour before the checkout deadline, they said they could not accommodate a late checkout. The cleaner showed up an hour early and we left early. Outside of the checkout process, the condo is a great choice if you want to be close to the French Quarter without being in it.

What a great place
This place is in a great location and is huge. At first, I thought it was 1 level and could not find the other 2 bedrooms. Called management and discovered it was the entire home. 3 levels 4 bedrooms, 2 full kitchens and it was perfect. Especially since we were 2 families staying here. We each had our own (home). Plus a great roof top lounge area.
