It was a great location in La Jolla, easy to walk to beaches, groceries & restaurants. The only downside was the beds were not the best and the hair dryer isn’t working very well. Otherwise everything was comfortable :). Thank you, we had a great time in La Jolla!

Thanksgiving visit

We had a terrific visit to La Jolla in the Pearl Street house. The house was just as advertised: great location, very clean, easy place to live for the week. The owner was super attentive and kind. We really had a great time. No surprises no complaints.

About the host

Hosted by Kim Conant

After retiring from teaching, I have found many wonderful projects and passions. My Golden Doodle, Stella, really rules the roost since all my children are grown and busy with their own lives and families. This home has become my latest project, so between playing Bridge, being part of a Bible Study Group, getting together with grand children & helping them with their home-schooling program, I get to work on this old and memory-laden home.

Why they chose this property

I planned on retiring here...the family living here previously loved and lived in this home for over 20 years. I am happy to enjoy the La Jolla of days past in this home.
