The Island-Design House is located in a quiet, private community with your own private gated sandy beach area with sunset views and crystal clear warm waters. For area info call or text Alexis at (305) 345-7217. Also, per month COMPLIMENTARY HOUSE CLEANING will be occur for rentals 2 or more months.

Paradise

The property is beautiful and Alexis is wonderful! When we had a problem with our boat, he found us help. He is always a phone call (or text) away if you have any problems. It would be hard to find a better host. It’s centrally located in the Keys. Weather can’t be beat! We had a great time!

Dream Vacation

This place has everything you'll ever want. Well equipped kitchen with lots of storage space, TVs in every room, bathrooms in every bedroom. Open floor plan with pool table. Lots of windows creating a bright, cheerful atmosphere. Canal side porch has comfortable outdoor furniture and table that seats 6. Overlooks the very private yard with beautiful heated pool and lawn chairs. We had room to set up our cornhole game. This is a fisherman's paradise with safe dockage with water and electric on the dock, fish cleaning station, bait freezer, and ice maker. This is conveniently located for access to both Islamorada and Marathon. Alexis is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. His goal is to make your stay memorable. We had a blast! We will definitely be back next year!

An excellent property in an excellent location!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this brand new property. The fully equipped modern kitchen with the gas range, bathrooms for each bedroom, comfortable family room, pool table and porches overlooking the beautiful backyard with the pool and palm trees made us feel better than at home! The location of the property is excellent! 15 min drive to all the best restaurants of Islamorada, water sport rentals, fishing etc. in addition, there is a private beach with white sand in the community! It’s also only 1.5 hour drive to either Miami or Key West. Alexis was the best host. He immediately responded to all our texts with the various questions we had about the area and local activities . Thank you, Alexis!
