Updated enough, Power villa on a lagoon, salt marsh, tennis courts, 180 yards to the beach and Atlantic Ocean inLitchfield by the Sea , Pawley's Island, South Carolina. 215 feet from tennis courts pickle ball , amenities, beach club, and bike trails. Great food, awesome churches, nice local folks, an hour north of Charleston, 30 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. Relax or party like a rock star and enjoy my peaceful villa for as long as you would like. Well behaved dogs are allowed. Much more tranquil than MMV #75. Closet competition.

Heron Marsh Villas is in the Litchfield by the sea community of Pawleys Island. 2 bedroom unit only 130 yards from the ocean. Over 1500 square feet in size and offer covered parking underneath. Although the condo does not offer ocean views5 minute walk away, this units has breathtaking water views in a very peaceful setting. Heron Marsh is a gated community with full-time guards to add extra security to the upscale area of Litchfield. Pets are welcome, fees apply.

Perfect Beach Getaway for Us and Our Pups

We had a fantastic stay at Stormchaser! This listing was exactly what we were looking for - a comfortable and relaxing beach place that was pet friendly. The location was excellent - just a five minute walk to the beach and right across from the pool! The back deck has a beautiful view of the lake and was the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The property itself was extremely clean, spacious, and had everything we needed (e.g., washer/dryer, well-appointed kitchen, lots of towels). The living room furniture and beds were also very comfortable! Would highly recommend this place to people looking for a pet friendly rental or just a great place close to the beach! We hope to stay here again!

Do not expect any frills. I don’t think there have been any updates to property. Mismatch furniture but functional. It was totally fine for our needs but need to have low expectations.
