The flat was completely renovated in 2020, inspired by the identity, contrasts and diversity of activities in the neighbourhood. You will be seduced by its neat and functional renovation. The living room, with an open plan fitted and equipped kitchen, overlooks the quiet passage. It has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes: fridge, hob, mini-oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils.
The bedroom, with its custom-made furniture, large dressing room and exposed stone wall, all in a hushed and soothing atmosphere, also benefits from the calm of the passage. You will also have a library at your disposal (please respect the books). The bathroom is a wink of the owner, to his years spent at sea.

For your comfort, you will also have at your disposal a washing machine, a clothes line as well as an iron and its table.
Wifi is included in the rental price, but there is no television.

The Passage Douard accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the flat, its functioning and will give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

The Passage Douard is located in an area that is becoming increasingly popular with the people of Nantes! You will be seduced by its proximity to the hyper centre at 10 minutes on foot and the Cité des Congrès at 5 minutes.
You will find a bicycle rental point, Bicloo station, 50m away.

A 5-minute walk away is the famous Lieu Unique, a cultural centre that has become a national stage, installed in the former premises of the LU biscuit factory. The famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne is less than 10 minutes away on foot and the train station is 12 minutes away on foot.
If you prefer public transport, tram lines 2 and 3 (Hotel Dieu and Aimé Delrue stops) are 2 minutes away. For the airport, a dedicated shuttle leaves from the station and takes you there in about 20 minutes.
