The villa is ideally located in the dunes of the grass (famous oyster village of Cap-Ferret) giving you access on foot to the beaches of the basin (200 meters).
You will appreciate the proximity of the Canon shops accessible with a pedal stroke, as well as the Piraillan market.

The villa is ideally located without the grass dunes (famous oyster village of Cap-Ferret) giving you access on foot to the beaches of the basin (200 meters).
You will appreciate the proximity of the Canon shops accessible with a pedal stroke, as well as the Piraillan market.

This very beautiful villa ideal for families, built on 2 levels will seduce you with its architecture and its location. Decorated in the spirit of the basin and with large terraces, it offers an exceptional setting and quality of life.
Many games and safeties for children will be offered on site.
You will find on the upper floor 3 double bedrooms, 1 master suite and a large bathroom. On the lower floor, you will have 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Plenty of storage in each bedroom. 3 double bedrooms can be transformed into a twin bedroom.
