Check-In process

Property was beautiful, quiet, calming, and grounds were well maintained. I would have liked to have had a gate code and room code at least the day prior to visit. As it was we arrived at the property and saw the gate, searched for an office, and honestly began to feel afraid our on-line reservation was a "scam" since nothing I pulled up sent us to a number that anyone would answer. We went back up to one of the local "fast food" places and began to search the last vrbro correspondence i had received. I texted the name I found with no response, hitting the contact property manager, only took me to searching for a trip, nothing about the owner or manager, then i finally found a number and made contact. He stated he was having trouble with the app and would send me the code for gate and room through a text to my number, I told him I was beginning to truly worry. I feel like if codes were sent sooner, then if there was a problem with the app, guests could still have time to get information needed to enjoy their stay. Thank you

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed for two nights. The location was perfect. Sitting on the front porch was a relaxing, peaceful spot to look out over the lake. We will return.
