The location was chosen due to the the close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico and quality of coastal fishing within the surrounding bays and waterways.
What makes this property unique
The house was built to become my wife's and I's retirement home however, deemed to be a little to far from the grand children. You'll find the attention to detail and quality of build is exceptional for being a rental property.
