This holiday rental of nearly 270 sqm was completely renovated in 2022, it has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people. Tastefully furnished and equipped with quality equipments, everything has been designed to maximize the comfort of its occupants.

The villa is distributed as follows:
❖ a large entrance with a billiard table that can be transformed into a dining table,
❖ a reading corner and home cinema, with board games, TV and books,
❖ a very spacious ultra-equipped kitchen opening onto a living-dining room,
❖ this vast room opens onto a terrace with a superb swimming pool, its deck and outdoor furniture and its small bar area.

The sleeping area is arranged as follows:
❖ a "Moana" bedroom with double bed, television (with Netflix), closet, and air conditioning,
❖ a "tropical" bedroom with, in addition to the double bed, a beautiful shaded private terrace. These two bedrooms share an elegant bathroom with shower and toilet.
❖ the master bedroom, spacious enough to accommodate, in addition to the king-size bed, two bunk beds; it has a very large bathroom with bath, shower and a beautiful dressing table.
* all double beds are king size (200x200) and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.


Surrounded by a garden, this vacation rental has a nice exterior. Its superb private swimming pool and its "beach bar" will be the centerpieces of your days of relaxation.
An inflatable paddle is notably available to enjoy the sea. Located in the bay of Vai'anae, the villa is also located not far from hiking trailheads.
