L'appartement est très bien et fidèle à la description. Il est bien placé et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour vivre correctement. Appartement fonctionnel et idéalement situé. La place de parking est un véritable plus ! Un point est à améliorer : la mise en place d’un chauffage qui fonctionne, car avec l’humidité de la mer il fait vite froid et l’appartement sent vite le renfermé.

Très bien situé à 3 minutes à pied de la plage, suffisamment grand pour 2 adultes et deux enfants. Une place de stationnement réservée si le parking est plein (l’été). Propriétaire agréable, serviable et arrangeant. Je recommande !

Trés bon dans l'ensemble.

L'endroit est bien ,assez calme et l'avantage est de pouvoir entrer son véhicule dans la cour.seul petit reproche que je ferai ce serait de mettre une petite banquette pour regarder la télévision. A part ce petit bemole tout est bien.
