Holiday apartment "Deux Tilleuls" in the department of Ardeche, South of France. Magnificent secluded location at 450 m altitude with wide views over the Cévennes and the Rhone Valley. Only 25 minutes to Valence / motorway Lyon-Marseille.
Size approx. 60 m², 2 bedrooms each for 2 persons, each with shower / toilet and nice living room with kitchenette and stove (under certain circumstances, 2 more people in the cottage at the tennis court can be accommodated). Tennis on private pitch, swimming pond. Child friendly - many animals such as donkeys, sheep, and poultry. In the area all sports activities - fishing, hiking, canoeing, cycling, skiing. A paradise - all year round. Your pet is welcome.

Peaceful holiday

We fully enjoyed our holiday in this lovely authentic house. The domain is a peaceful and quiet place and is well located to visit some of the Ardeche highlights.

Fantastische Retraite in familiären Rahmen

Ruhe, Natur, wenig touristische Gegend. Schwimmteich und Tennisplatz als Exklusivität. Zuletzt hab’s obendrein noch einen jungen Esel, welcher uns am letzten Morgen als Überraschung erwartete 🤗 Highly recommended!

Amazing!

This is a very special place - gorgeous views, total peace, lovely people, great tennis court and pool, beautiful donkeys, floppy sweet sheep, comfy, well-equipped, little house with its huge terrace with shade and sun. Stayed here on my own and felt very safe and happy. My children visited and loved it too - we each had our own bedroom and shower room, and the Wifi worked perfectly for my daily job - thank you Anna, Wolfgang and Iris - I'll be back!

Heerlijke vakantie en vriendelijke gastheer en -vrouw

Het huis was prettig en heel mooi gelegen met mooi uitzicht. Mooi landelijk en veel dieren op het terrein. Fijne tennisbaan en prachtige zwemvijver. We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen en werden de hele week voorzien van verse tomaten uit de moestuin. Kortom, een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Un séjour magique

Le gîte très propre et confortable se situe au coeur d'un Paysage à couper le souffle. Nos hôtes ont fait preuve d'une exeptionnelle convivialité. Durant notre sejour nous avons pu librement profiter des espaces extérieurs pour visiter les ânes très attachants et les moutons, pour jouer au tennis sur le terrain aménagé à cet effet dans les bois. Nous avons également profité de la beauté des 2 étangs (1 de pêche et un second de baignade). L'étang de baignade est propre, l'eau est à une température très agréable et sa longueur et profondeur permettent de nager, de faire du paddle ou encore du bateau à rames (beaucoup plus intéressant et beau qu'une traditionnelle piscine). La famille qui nous à reçue a été très attentive à nos besoins et plus encore, ce sont des gens exeptionnels qui méritent d'être connus. Nous sommes partis en famille (2 adulte, une adolescente et une petite de 2,5 ans) et ce lieu à été magique pour chacun d'entre nous car adapté à tous âges. Excellent rapport qualité prix, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir ... je précise que l'annonce est loin de refléter la splendeur des lieux ! Idéal pour se ressourcer en pleine nature au calme avec de nombreuses activités aux alentours (grottes, trains ardéchois, acrobranches ...). Dépêchez vous de réserver vous ne serez pas déçue
