Vacation Vibes! Breezy, beachfront condo with floor to ceiling windows and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the white sand of Daytona Beach. Easily access the pool and the beach directly from the first floor balcony!

Play all day, or just relax in the sun. Either way, there are beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboard, swimming pool, bikes, football, volleyball, pickleball, frisbee, and sand toys to keep kids of all ages entertained. When the sun goes down, watch your favorite movie or ball game on the 50 inch Roku smart TV. Or, play cribbage, board games, or go-fish in the well-lit dining area. If you want things a little quieter - there’s a library just inside the lobby with some great books and puzzles.

After all that activity, fall asleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean in the primary suite furnished with a king size bed, crisp white linens, plenty of pillows, a 50 inch smart TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom's spacious adjoining bathroom is bright and clean with plenty of luxurious towels. When you wake, enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise over the Atlantic.

The guest bedroom includes two queen beds, a Roku smart TV, and a large closet to hang all your towels after a day at the beach. The guest bathroom has a generously sized shower, and tons of fresh linens.

Several excellent restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive. There is a Publix supermarket just up the road and a fresh-fish market nearby. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, deep sink, bright lights, and soft-close cabinets and drawers. There is also a blender, toaster, tea kettle, crock pot, and coffee maker.

Additional features include keyless entry, Ecobee smart thermostat, and high speed internet.

The White Surf Condominium complex offers a heated swimming pool, tennis court, basketball, pickleball, game-room, and a sauna. There is also a common room that can be reserved for large gatherings. One parking space is reserved for you inside the secure parking garage - Max height 6’2’’, on the upper level. Additional parking is found on a first-come, first-served basis.

We’ve stayed at White Surf many years in different rooms. By far this is the best equipped and maintained unit. Best 2 bedroom in the building. God willing we’ll be back. Thanks to the host and owner’s. We loved it.

Very nice condo!

Great location, really nice condo, right on the beach. After Ian took out the pool, but the view was wonderful, and the condo was very quiet. We used the kitchen often and were pleased with the appliances provided. Even had a hand mixer that I needed. First floor was great for us as one in our party has trouble with stairs. We would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

My husband and I stayed in the condo while family stayed in another. The first floor location was great, especially unloading and loading the truck. The beach view was awesome. We saw dolphins almost daily and even saw numerous manatees one day. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Our full size truck barely fit in the garage so be aware if you have a larger vehicle or a car topper parking outside the garage is first come first serve.

When we checked in the pool wasn't working and we had no access to the beach without walking a long ways.This was caused due to a hurricane, which I completelyunderstand, but I never recieved an email or phone call that this was the situation. They said it was on the website, but I booked and paid for this last July. I had no reason to look for this. I got a refund for everything but one night and ALL the fees. Turned out to be a very expensive night. Terri and Chad are great to work with but this was so dissapointing, as we can only travel one week a year and we were all looking so forward to the pool and the beach.

Nice Condo

Nice condo but in older building. Outside building looks old and peeling. Great views from condo. The location was great if I was coming just for the beach. Not a lot was going on related to the fall bike rally, the location was further down from all the bike rally stuff. It worked out for my friends and I so we know next time where we need to stay. Condo could use some updating in general, but good price for what we needed it for.

Everything about this condo was wonderful, with the exception of work on the wall/pool, beginning early in the morning and going all afternoon. There was also no direct access to the beach. We knew there would be no pool, but we didn’t realize renovations would be occurring right in front of our condo the entire week.

BTB is your home away from home.

Easy access to the condo, nice garage area with extra amenities. It was so amazing to have a private free washer & dryer across the hall with beach chairs and sand toys! Nothing was missed with these owners. Our family frequently uses VRBO and this was by far the most thought out and fully stocked condo. Close access to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. The entire condo is gated and locked from the beach. The kids spend 99% of the time in the beautiful pool. We had one small issue with WIFI but the owners promptly responded and fixed the issue. This condo was updated, clean and truly felt like home away from home! We will be back, Thank you!

Teri grew up close to the beach and Chad grew up in the mountains. We love anything outdoorsy and spend our free time skiing, camping, mountain biking, floating rivers, hanging out at the beach, or attending summer concerts.

Why they chose this property

When our son moved to Florida we knew we wanted a place of our own so we could visit him for extended periods of time. We are still getting to know the area but we have already found so many fun things to do and see. Some of our favorites are watching rocket launches, manatee tours, biking on the beach, and just swimming in the warm waters right out the front door. In fact, we loved this condo because you can literally walk out the sliding glass doors to the pool and the beach. You never have to enter the lobby or wait for an elevator. And with floor to ceiling windows the view is incredible.

What makes this property unique

The proximity to Dunlawton Avenue is a perk we didn't quite anticipate but we love love love the location! There are several great restaurants within walking distance - and when you do need to drive it's quick and easy to get anywhere you want to go. Great shopping, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, New Smyrna Beach, Canaveral National Seashore or the Daytona International Speedway are all easy drives from the condo. Disney World and Universal Studios are just over an hour drive, which makes a day trip to your favorite amusement park a possibility.
