The fully stocked and modern kitchen features granite countertops, deep sink, bright lights, and soft-close cabinets and drawers. There is a blender, toaster, tea kettle, and coffee maker. The condo is close to a supermarket and several restaurants are within walking distance. Additional features include keyless entry, Ecobee smart thermostat, and high speed internet.

Play all day - boogie boards, surfboard, bikes, beach chairs, football, volleyball, frisbee, and sand toys will keep kids of all ages entertained. The condo has games and cards plus 50 inch smart TVs, DVD players and high speed WiFi. There are two big sofas for movie night - or naps - you choose. Or sink into the big easy chair and tackle your reading list.

Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean in the primary suite furnished with king size bed, crisp white linens, plenty of pillows, a 50 inch smart TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom's spacious adjoining bathroom is bright and clean with plenty of luxurious towels. When you wake, enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise over the Atlantic.

The guest bedroom includes two queen beds, Roku smart TV, and a large closet to hang all your towels after a day at the beach. The guest bathroom has a generously sized shower, and tons of fresh linens.

The White Surf Condominium complex offers a heated pool, tennis court, basketball, pickleball, game-room, and a sauna. There is also a common room that can be reserved for large gatherings. One parking space is reserved for you inside the secure parking garage - Max height 6’2’’, on the upper level. Additional parking is found on a first-come, first-served basis.
