The modern and high quality apartment is on the ground floor of a new building (2013). The quiet but central location makes the use of the car unnecessary. It is 50m to the lake, 5 minutes' walk to the town center and the lido. The apartment has a large living area with a corner couch and a cozy dining area and a modern kitchenette, which is fully equipped. From the large bedroom and the living area you have access to the balcony, which invites you to relax and offers a view of the lake and the Alps. The apartment includes a parking space and lockable bicycle storage facilities.
