4-bedroom/4 bath Condo steps away from the Grammy Jay Trail. Condo can be rented as a four bedroom or two separate two bedroom units depending on need.

Lots of room for family and guests. Upper level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bathroom. Second bedroom has bunk beds plus full bathroom and washer and dryer. Upper level also has a full kitchen with all appliances, dining area, and spacious living area in addition to an entry foyer for ski boots and gear and an outdoor ski locker. Both levels have fireplaces which makes both floors cozy and warm. The lower level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bathroom. Second bedroom has bunk beds plus a full bathroom. Lower level also has a full kitchen with all appliances, dining area, and spacious living area in addition to an outdoor ski locker.

Jay Peak is a year round resort offering lots of amenities. In addition to skiing there are several resort amenities to take advantage of including Championship Golf Course, Ice Haus indoor Arena: NHL-sized ice skating arena. Mountain Biking & Pump Track, Heated Outdoor Pool, Indoor Waterpark and a Recreation Center with a climbing gym, arcade, and movie theater. Additionally, there is a full-service spa and workout facility in the hotels.

We loved our stay at this condo! There was plenty of room for two families of four, with games and activities for all. Location was perfect to ski in/ski out with parking provided and an easy shuttle when needed. The host was very responsive, prompt and accommodating to our requests. We highly recommend this condo and would love to stay here again!

Perfect location!

Perfect house to share with friends

We had a wonderful time over Christmas weekend at this lovely house. It is very cozy and comfortable and the layout is perfect for two families of 4. Access to Jay Peak resort and all of the attractions is just minutes away. Amy was responsive and extremely helpful for the few questions we had. Would highly recommend this house and hope to be back in the future.

Jay Peak Ski Trip

This was our first time at Jay Peak and it was amazing. The condo was perfect for us. It is so close and convenient to the slopes. It was fully stocked and very nicely decorated. We truly felt like we were at a ski resort. We will definitely come back and we would love to stay here again.
