Nestled along a creek with a large cozy deck, you will find this home to be a great little getaway, yet so close to everything. The Floorplan is open, yet has room for 7. The interior is recently remodeled and very comfortable. In the living room you will find a large 50" TV. The interior is a combination of new modern and old world. Pets are permitted at a rate of a per pet rate of $30 per night, $100 per week, $200 per month.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather your towels, and start them in the washer.
Remove ALL garbage and deposit in the blue dumpster located at Arrow A Farms (horse barn) located at the entrance to the bridge.
Adjust the heater or AC thermostat to 85 in the summer and 55 in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nice out-of-the way place with need of a few improvements

The host was very accommodating, and this three-bedroom manufactured home was great for our quick getaway. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house is nicely updated. It would be great for a family that needs some outdoor space as the yard is ample. I'm a bit hesitant to give only four stars for cleanliness as I forgot to take out the garbage before my departure. There were some cobwebs and bugs in the corner of the entryway that should be swept up with a cobweb sweeper. However, the sheets, towels, and all spaces were very clean. I would recommend purchasing bathmats for the showers to avoid potential slips and falls. The kitchen also did not have any paper towels, and we had to purchase some. My only beef with the place is that the Internet and TV do not work--or worked about 2 percent of the time at very slow speeds. Unless this situation is remedied, I would not advertise that the house has Wi-Fi or TV. Fortunately, for me this time, I did not need the Internet during the weekend. If it were a typical trip where I frequently have to take work with me, I would have been out of luck.

I wish you would have told us about the internet and TV. It has always been phenomenal when we were there. If nobody tells us about it, it doesn't give us tge opportunity to call to repair it. I'm sorry you did not have a good experience. There should always be paper towels, so I apologize for the lack of supplies. I will also be sure to ask the housekeeper to be sure the spider webs are swept. As tgey can appear daily, I will also ask the pest service to make an extra visit. Thank you for informing us. Cheers! Needs some love :-(

Let me start with the good, Denise was accommodating in letting us check in a couple hours early. Now for the really really. The house was gross. There were droppings all over. Around the kitchen sink, in the showers, on the towels, in the master closet. I took pictures but not seeing the option to upload. When I brought this up to the owner her only response was pest people were there the day before. Second only way to lock/unlock was from a keypad no actual key. The lock was broken and could only be locked from the inside which meant if you left all your belongings were left in an unlocked house. I also brought this up and no acknowledgement from owner. We booked for 2 nights and ended up leaving after the first night. We have rented several times through VRBO and this is the first time I am having to leave a bad review.

The beds were very comfortable and the property was very clean. I made a scheduling mistake and Denise was absolutely wonderful in helping us find a solution. She was prompt in responding to a frantic message and willing to call me late in the evening. She went above and beyond to make this a great experience!!

Quiet, clean and serene

Great place to stay off the beaten path on a quiet country backroad. Loved the extra large yard - and plenty of room for babies (human and fur) to run around and play. Enjoyed the family of deer that live out there too. Thank you for opening your home up to us, it was perfect!
