Cozy and inviting, this two-story cottage is located in a very quiet and authentic hamlet.<br>It faces south and is situated on the banks of the L’Hers River.<br>In the living room/kitchen, a flat-screen TV with free Wi-Fi is at your disposal, as well as a sofa bed.<br>The spacious, very bright bedroom is elegantly decorated in a chalet style (with wooden beams). It is equipped with a double bed, a single bed, and a folding bed.<br>You’ll also find a desk with a chair in case you need to work from home.<br>Located near two ski resorts (Monts d’Olmes and Camurac), a ski storage room is provided. This apartment serves as the starting point for numerous hikes.<br>Situated in Cathar country, it is close to the Château de Montségur.<br>In Bélesta (1 km from the cottage), you’ll find all the shops you need:<br>- Carrefour Supermarket<br>- Butcher and Deli<br>- Bakery and Pastry Shop<br> - Pharmacy<br>- Restaurant <br>- Newsstand and Bar<br>- Restaurant at the Cathar Palace

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir fait la connaissance de ce couple très sympathique et discret, avec qui nous avons eu une très bonne communication. Ils ont pu profiter de leur séjour pour découvrir notre région, et faire aussi de belles randonnées à partir du gite. L'appartement a été laissé très propre. C'est avec plaisir que nous les accueillerons à nouveau s'ils souhaitent revenir dans notre région.
