The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious apartment on the 7th floor, ideally located near Montparnasse! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to six people, benefits from elevator access and a balcony.



The apartment includes:

• A living room: a bright space with a convertible sofa for two people, storage space, a Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi access.

• A sleeping area: bunk bed for two people

• A sleeping area: equipped with a Queen size bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, as well as storage and a ceiling fan.

• A kitchen: fully equipped with ceramic hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso machine, kitchen utensils and pots.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: includes a bathtub and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A terrace: an outdoor space with relaxation area.

The apartment also has an iron and ironing board.

Please note that due to an issue beyond our control, Wi-Fi is currently unavailable in the apartment until April 13th.

We are doing our best to have the service restored as soon as possible; however, no compensation can be granted regarding this situation.

The Neighborhood:

You will be staying in a lively and cultural district of the 14th arrondissement, in the heart of Montparnasse, perfect for discovering Paris on foot while enjoying a typically Parisian atmosphere. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at iconic addresses like Le Select, La Coupole or Le Dôme, famous for their history and traditional French cuisine, and have lunch or dinner at renowned restaurants such as Le Relais de l'Entrecôte or Chez Papa Montparnasse. For your daily shopping, several shops are within walking distance: Monoprix, Franprix, artisan bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

Take the RER B line towards Robinson/Antony/St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Denfert-Rochereau.

Switch to Metro Line 4 (direction Mairie de Montrouge) and disembark at Montparnasse-Bienvenüe.

Our property is just a short stroll away!



From Orly Airport (ORY)

Opt for the Orlyval light rail to Antony.

Change to the RER B line towards Aeroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye and exit at Denfert-Rochereau.

Hop onto Metro Line 4 (direction Mairie de Montrouge) to Montparnasse-Bienvenüe.

A quick walk, and you'll be at our doorstep!

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €350 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Noise: Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.



Internet Etiquette

Usage: Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation.

Malfunctions: Any internet malfunctions from telecom operators are not our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.



Professional Usage & Photography

No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.



Age Requirement

The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
