Modern, bright duplex apartment, only a few minutes to the beach, quiet location
The cozy 2019 renovated apartment has a living and dining area with two seating and dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher.
A flat screen TV (SAT), DVD player, WLAN and a radio with CD player are available.
Furthermore there are two separate bedrooms for two people (one double bed and two single beds) and a bright, new bathroom with shower and WC, which was comprehensively modernized in 2016. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils as well as numerous electrical appliances such as a microwave, water cooker, egg cooker, coffee machine, hand mixer, etc. as you are used to from home.
There is an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and a hair dryer. Table and bed linen are provided.
You also have the opportunity to relax in our beautiful garden.
