The house 'Lütt Deern' is a spacious, high quality furnished and comfortable detached holiday home for up to 7 people in Timmendorf beach on the peaceful island of Poel, which was awarded by the German Tourism Association with 4 stars.
It is located in a very good location just off the port and the beach: 50 m from the lighthouse, 100 meters from the port and 150m from the beach.
From the living room you will enjoy direct views of the picturesque harbor and the lighthouse.

The house offers:
 - 3 bedrooms (two 2-bed room and a 3 bed room)
 - 1 living room

Super Ferienhaus, mit 2 Wohneinheiten, wo man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Von der oberen Terrasse kann man den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Alles in allem verdiente 5 Sterne.

Herbsturlaub mit Schwiegereltern

Wir haben uns (4 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) in unserem Feriendomizil auf Poel sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig, sauber und schön gelegen, mit (leicht eingeschränktem) Blick auf das Meer, den Leuchtturm und den Hafen. An Ausstattung ist hier alles erhalten was man für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Wohnküche und das obere Wohnzimmer bieten genügend Platz um den Schwiegereltern auch einmal aus dem Weg gehen zu können. ;-) Die Vermietung war unkompliziert und wir wurden nett empfangen. Wir können das Luett Deern in Timmendorf Strand uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Beste Ausstattung, sehr sauber, wir haben nichts vermisst. Sehr gute ruhige Lage, nahe am Hafen/Strand. Zwei schöne Terrassen, super Ausblick und viel Platz im Haus, und das Parken ist auch für drei Autos auf dem Grundstück kein Problem. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schönes und modernes FH mit Blick auf den Hafen, absolut ruhig gelegen.

Das Haus liegt in einer Spielstraße, ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Zum Hafen sind es 2 Minuten, zum Strand 5 Minuten Fußweg. Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit Spülmaschine, im angrenzenden Wohnzimmer einen Kamin, den man befeuern kann. Alle Bäder sind mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Das Haus ist hell und sehr modern ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Sabine Rudloff-Wöst für den freundlichen Kontakt und den schönen Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben. Liebe Grüße aus Berlin

Wir haben dieses wunderschöne Haus mit 6 Personen für 5 Tage gemietet. Die Sauberkeit , den Platz mit der Anzahl an Bädern und Toiletten hat uns sehr gefallen. Der nette Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und die hervorragende Ausstattung läßt an nichts fehlen . Wir haben lange überlegt ob wir noch Anregungen gegen könnten , aber uns ist wirklich nichts eingefallen . Die 4 Sterne die das Haus vergeben bekommen hat , sind wirklich verdient. Wir Mieten es auf jedenfall wieder.
