Welcome to Water's Edge #304, your personal beachfront retreat overlooking the serene Siletz Bay. This stylish third-floor condo places you directly on the water, offering spectacular views from the moment you step inside. The living room, with its cozy gas fireplace and comfortable leather sofa, features a large sliding glass door that perfectly frames the stunning bay and sunset vistas.

Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with granite counters, before dining with a view. After a day of exploring, unwind in the comfortable bedroom with a king-sized bed or enjoy a movie from the Blu-ray collection. The private deck is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening drink as you watch the tide roll in.

Perfect Night Away

We did an overnight to get some time on the beach with our kids after having a new baby and being stuck in the house forever. Location was exactly what we hoped for and the unit was very nicely updated. Overall a perfect stay.

So great this was our 2nd stay!

Perfect location - where the Siletz meets the Pacific. Clean, updated, well stocked. Comfortable bed with extra pillows. We will be back for a third stay soon.

This place is exactly as stated and in the pictures. Nice kitchen, spacious bedroom. A few small issues but overall, very clean. Great selection of games and movies too! Would definitely stay again.

Great view

The condo was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The view of Siletz Bay is gorgeous. I was traveling for work and this nice condo checked all the boxes- comfortable bed, clean, easy access to everything. Communication with the management company and/or owner was super smooth and very fast. Instructions for check in and out were complete and easy to follow. I’d stay again.
