This nice 21 sq. m studio is located on the 1st floor without lift in a calm and pedestrian street, and is composed of :
- a bright and pleasant living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- an equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, combined oven/microwave, hotplates, fridge),
- a little bathroom with shower,
- WIFI, air conditioning.

You will also be able to take advantage of all the local shops located around the flat. Finally, thanks to the nearby train station, you can easily explore the cities of the Côte d'Azur.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.
We understand your concerns and appreciate you highlighting them. Regarding the television, we want to clarify that it's not listed as part of the apartment's amenities. While TVs are present in the units, they don’t currently have cables or connections, which is something we’re reconsidering—either removing them entirely or properly setting them up to avoid confusion.
We're also aware that the sofa beds aren’t the most comfortable, and this is something we’re looking to improve. As for the toilet seat, we’re addressing that issue as a priority.
Concerning your comment about safety: the apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just a few meters from one of Cannes' main boulevards, a well-known and busy area with plenty of foot traffic. The local police station is also close by. While we understand that arriving at night may give a different impression, it is not an unsafe area, and many guests have stayed there without issues.
