Located 10 minutes walk from the beach, close to the train station and the city centre, this studio is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy the southern sun.
This nice 21 sq. m studio is located on the 1st floor without lift in a calm and pedestrian street, and is composed of :
- a bright and pleasant living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- an equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, hotplates, fridge),
- a bathroom with shower,
- WIFI, air conditioning.

## Neighborhood
Enjoy the beach, the Mediterranean sun and the sweetness of the South during your stay. Almost Charming
The place was visibly dirty with dead insects around the couch that converts to a bed. Visible mold in the shower and around the sink in the bathroom. I also got bedbug bites throughout my stay. The building is very worn but the apartment is nicely renovated. It almost makes no sense that a remodeled apartment would be so dirty inside. The best feature is the kitchen which is maintained well.

Tout était parfait, l’appartement est superbe, les personnes en charge de mon arrivée étaient très professionnelles. L’obtention des clés était efficace et bien organisé malgré une attente prolongée due à des circonstances exceptionnelles.
