You have found the perfect place for your vacation! Our building is strategically located for your absolute convenience! Just one block from the grocery, one block from amazing breakfast food and coffee shop and a short, enjoyable walk from restaurants, ice cream and shops! You will enjoy beautifully manicured grounds, outdoor pool and hot tub or even a game of tennis. Access the beach through the building's gated boardwalk, wide and equipped with rinsing stations and lights for those who enjoy the evening strolls on the sand, this upgrade ensures an even more wonderful experience as wheeling a cooler or a cart with everything you need for a day by the waves is made easy and short.
Our slice of paradise sits on the south corner of Ocean Vista Towers, on the ninth floor! Sip on your favorite beverage and listen to the waves as the stress melts away on the oversized wraparound front balcony where you can contemplate breathtaking views of sunrises on the gulf and sunsets on the bay. Inside you will find a well-equipped kitchen and full laundry room. Carefully decorated with relaxation and comfort in mind, you will fall in love with the beach cottage feel! Our large dining table has held many laughter-filled meals. Board games and movie nights are just perfect after a sun filled day on the sand, ocean or fishing excursion! You will also rest on memory foam mattresses and down pillows dressed in fresh new cotton linen.

Beautiful, clean place with an excellent view

Our group really likes staying at Ocean vista towers. Melissa's place was spotless and had everything we needed. We loved the corner unit with sprawling views and an extra large balcony.

Melissa was a great host and was quick to communicate when we had a question!The condo had plenty of room for our family and the large balcony was fantastic! The property is in a great location as you can walk to several restaurants, ice cream, coffee and groceries. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Beach Condo

Ocean Vista stay

Excellent stay!! We travel to South Padre once or twice a year. This condo has to be the best yet. It was only two of us but there’s plenty room. The balcony is huge & the view is amazing. This was a dream vacation for our family! It’s the first time I have vacationed with my adult children and grandchildren all together. We had such an amazing time! The condo is lovely, spacious, clean and well stocked with more more, than the essentials! The kitchen has everything you could need for meal prep. The balcony is huge and the view is exceptional! Spring Break

Great location right on the beach. Not too close to some of the louder spring break hotels and bars so was great for family. Large patio was great to sit on the evening and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Large dining table was excellent for playing family games in the evening and on the one rainy day. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. There were beach chairs and towels to use. As well as an umbrella and coolers. Beds are very comfortable as well! This was our 5th year staying at Ocean Vista and this was the best unit we have stayed in so far!

Fabulous Father’s Day long weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location off the gulf with sunrise and sunset views from the wrap around balcony which had plenty of room for us to spread out. Dining table seated all of us and served as a great puzzle working space or card playing spot. Kitchen had everything you would need to prepare any meal. Beach towels, chairs, mats, umbrellas, cooler and boogie boards were available for use. All the rooms were beautifully decorated in beach theme. It was “comfort away from home.”

Awesome Condo

My friends and I loved this condo! Fantastic views, comfortable furniture, and the beds are all the most comfy we’ve slept on while on vacation. Melissa was so helpful and responsive. I had trouble filling out the renter’s agreement online for some pdf reason, and Melissa accepted another option which I was able to complete. Will definitely return!

Awesome Place to Stay!

My fiancee and I had the privilege to stay at JC and Angela's condo and this place was amazing. You can hear the waves from the beach, have a wonderful view of the beach while you enjoy the modern amenities of the condo. We enjoyed 6 nights here and really did not want to leave the place. The owners were receptive to our questions and needs and you are close to a grocery store and local restaurants. If you get a chance, visit the Sea Turtle Inc. sanctuary for local turtles in need of help, they always welcome visitors and its a great place for kids. This condo overall can sleep 8, has modern TV's with cable and of course free wifi! If you and your family are considering a rental in South Padre Island, look no further, this place rocks!

Family Vacation

All in all a wonderful experience. Felt the kitchen could have been a bit more organized and cleaner. The fridge gave us trouble by leaking all over the floor while we were out to dinner but maintenance promptly came and took a look. The 2 beach umbrella that are in the closet are broken and did not realize till we got them to the beach, Other than that the condo is wonderful and had everything there that a family coulkd need. Loved our stay and hope to visit again and stay at same condo. Thanks, Lois

Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location on SPI

Staying at Melissa’s home in the Ocean Vista towers was absolutely perfect for our family. We ended up booking the condo somewhat last minute and Melissa was so helpful when it came to answering all of our questions about the area as well as the condo and building itself. The condo is incredibly comfortable and we loved having the extra space for our family of 5. My favorite part was absolutely the balcony! The 9th floor felt like the perfect height above the beach. I probably would have sat out there the entire week, but it was a bit windy and chilly when we vacationed so I enjoyed it as much as I could. We also really appreciated being able to walk for groceries, restaurants, and ice cream as well as this cute little make your own jewelry store that my kids were in love with. We would definitely stay here again!

Melissa is a fabulous host! We had some questions during our stay and she was quick to respond to us.The condo was perfect for our family with a well appointed kitchen, great updated bathrooms, plenty of seating for dining (bar and the dining table) and a working washer/dryer!
