During the colder months, simply walk to the Camelback Mountain slopes for the biggest skiing & snowboarding terrain in the area, as well as the biggest snow tubing park in the USA.
The townhouse is also a short distance from Big Pocono State Park (where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, hunting, horseback riding or just relishing the gorgeous view of PA on top of the mountain while you picnic and BBQ on well-kept grounds), The Crossings Premium Outlet (with over 100 stores), fantastic restaurants, supermarket, golfing, auto-racing attractions and 15 minutes from Mount Airy Casino.

*Please note the pool at the sports complex has limited hours before July 4th and after Labor Day and is only available for use on Saturdays from 11AM-7PM and Sundays from 11AM – 5PM. Please reach out to us regarding exact pool hours per your inquiry.

Office Hours are Monday to Sunday 9am – 5pm.*
You will receive 2 parking permits, a badge for the amenities and a map of the village.
Additional cars may park at the bank side but every car needs a parking permit from office/security.
*If you are arriving after 5pm please go directly to Gate B (right pass Gate A) and press the intercom and tell security that you are renting Unit 310 and security will give you the check in package.
Check-out & Garbage disposal:
Check-out time is 11am.
Please turn off all lights and turn all thermostat to 55 degrees upon leaving.
Please put all dishes away in the kitchen cabinets or in the dish washer. Do not leave any dishes in the sink.
Please bring all trash to the compactor located on the right side of the exit gate (you will see a sign). Depending on your stay we provide 2-5 garbage bags but if you need more you have to purchase it yourself.
Please do not leave garbage in front of the house entrance overnight.
House Rules:
This is a nonsmoking unit and if you must smoke, please do so at the deck or at the parking area and properly dispose of all cigarette buds.
Please keep noise level down at a reasonable hour (10pm).
Please keep all skiing and snowboarding equipment in the shed/outside closet right next to the entrance. Do not bring equipment into the house.
Please keep the vent on when you are taking a shower and leave it on for 30 mins after you shower to prevent any mold and mildew build up.
No pets are allowed.
