The Space
Located 1.3 miles from the 12 South neighborhood (nightlife, restaurants, and shops), 1.5 miles from Midtown (nightlife, restaurants, and shops), 1.7 miles from The Gulch neighborhood (nightlife, restaurants, and shops), 1.6 miles to the Demonbreun Area (nightlife, restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame), and 1.9 miles to Downtown/Lower Broadway a.k.a. “Honky Tonk Highway” (music venues and Bridgestone Arena), everything is just a short Uber or Lyft ride away.

The keyless entry leads you into a spacious living room with a TV, a half bathroom, and a full kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, a Keurig, dishes, cookware, silverware, and an island with barstools. The upper level has 2 comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with 1 queen bed and a bedroom with 2 queen beds. The second bedroom with two beds also has a desk you are welcome to use during your stay. There is also a full bathroom and washer/dryer with laundry detergent.

Guest Access
You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay. You will also have one (free) parking space to use for the duration of your stay, and there is additional street parking available.

→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.

The Neighborhood
Walk up and down Music Row and maybe run into one of your favorite country music stars! You are on the world-famous "Music Row" where singers and songwriters are constantly coming and going. See artists often driving to and from their studio session or their writing sessions.

Note that Nashville is growing! Construction is underway right next door to these units. We have made all attempts to ask them to start after 8 am but there is likelihood you will hear this during your stay.
