Lovely spot for exploring the area

Extremely well appointed property. A bit tricky to find and not really walkable to town centre but quiet roads, peaceful woodland setting and short driving distance to everything

Minus:Direkt nebenan wird gebaut. Dazu gab es keine Information. Die Einfahrt ist im Zustand der Hauserstellung. Der Garten ist vollkommen ungepflegt. Das Unkraut steht kniehoch. Der Pool war nicht zu gebrauchen, da komplett veralgt. Die Sitzmöbel aussen waren nicht zu gebrauchen, da komplett durchnĂ€sst und mit Stockflecken versehen. Die HaustĂŒr war von einem unbeschnittenen Olivenbaum(?) zu-gewuchert. Innen erwartet einen kaltweisse Op-Beleuchtung. Die Jalousie im Wohnzimmer war defekt. DarĂŒberhinaus liegt das Haus so weit außerhalb, dass immer ein Auto benötigt wird. Die Sprache des Kontakts war ausschließlich französisch. Im Bad gab es eine Dusche ohne Wasserdruck, trauriges Getröpfel und die AnschlĂŒsse der Heizung(?) liegen komplett offen. Auf dem runden Glastisch im Essbereich gibt es einen transparenten eklig klebrigen Plastikschoner. Das Besteck und das Geschirr ist billigster Herkunft und zum Teil vollkommen verschmutzt. Eine MĂŒlltonne zur Entsorgung aussen gibt es nicht. MĂŒlltĂŒten liegen bis zur Abfahrt unabgeholt offen neben einem Begrenzungszaun. Die Kopfkissen in den beiden Schlafzimmern sind unterirdische Plastikware. Plus:Sieht aus der Ferne nett aus. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Matratzen sind gut. Das war es aber auch. Dieses Haus ist eine Mogelpackung. Irl versprechen, nichts halten. Wie es an seine 10/10 Bewertung kommt ist uns vollkommen schleierhaft. Empfehlung:NICHT BUCHEN! Zu schlecht und zu teuer fĂŒr das Geld!

Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© cette maison pensant passer des vacances dans la nature tout en Ă©tant prĂšs du Bugue. Quelle ne fut pas notre dĂ©ception quand lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ©s, nous avons constatĂ© qu’une maison s’était construite Ă  30m Ă  peine, laissant un trĂšs gros vis-Ă -vis sur la terrasse, la piscine, et mĂȘme Ă  l’intĂ©rieur de la maison, alors qu’une photo de clairiĂšre Ă©tait dans l’annonce. Les travaux toujours en cours nous ont gĂȘnĂ©s de 6h45 Ă  19h tous les jours. Nous avons fort heureusement, aprĂšs de grosses nĂ©gociations, rĂ©ussi Ă  nous faire rembourser une partie de la somme payĂ©e. Depuis, les photos de l’annonce ont Ă©tĂ© mises en conformitĂ©, mais pas le texte qui ne mentionne pas cette dĂ©sormais trĂšs proche maison.D’autre part, il faudra prĂ©voir, Ă©ponge, sacs-poubelle, tablettes lave-vaisselle, cafĂ© etc Ă  votre arrivĂ©e, donc le standing n’y est pas vraiment. Rien de fonctionnel non plus pour nettoyer le fond de la piscine ou pour la bĂącher.Enfin, contrairement Ă  ce qui est notĂ© dans l’annonce, la propriĂ©tĂ© n’est pas clĂŽturĂ©e par un portail donc attention avec les enfants en bas Ăąge. Il ne sera pas vraiment possible non plus de rejoindre le Bugue Ă  pieds. En bref, l’annonce est trĂšs enjolivĂ©e par rapport Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©. La piscine quand elle est propre est nĂ©anmoins trĂšs apprĂ©ciable, et la situation proche du Bugue et de tous les points d’intĂ©rĂȘt de la rĂ©gion est super.

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour au Photinia qui est situé dans un endroit trÚs calme à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques. Nous avons donc pu découvrir le Périgord noir sans faire trop de kilomÚtres. La maison est décorée avec goût et correspond parfaitement à l'annonce présentée sur le site. La terrasse à l'ombre des pins est trÚs agréable. Nous remercions le propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité.

Super sĂ©jour au Photinia ! La maison Ă©tait vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able avec la piscine sur la terrasse, la plancha et l'espace pour jouer Ă  la pĂ©tanque. SituĂ© Ă  l'Ă©cart du village, c'Ă©tait parfait pour ĂȘtre au calme Ă  l'abri des pins aprĂšs les journĂ©es de balades dans les alentours.Merci pour l'accueil Valentin !

Un excellent souvenir

Notre sĂ©jour de deux semaines a Ă©tĂ© formidable, de part les excellentes visites Ă  faire autour de cette ville animĂ©e, mais aussi grĂące au propriĂ©taire Valentin qui a su nous recommander de bonnes adresses en tous genres. Bien que la ville soit animĂ©e, cet endroit Ă  5 minutes du centre ville possĂšde un charme fou et est trĂšs calme, rien de plus agrĂ©able que de se baigner dans une piscine entourĂ©e d’une forĂȘt de pins.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une super semaine le logement est hyper bien situé, prÚs de tout et à la fois au calme.La maison est niquel rien à redire, il ne manquait rien dans le logement le petit plus la plancha top et les hÎtes sont trÚs sympathiques . Merci à eux pour les conseils de restaurants et de lieux de baigande.
