This house is gorgeous: spacious and open, great floor plan, sparkling clean, well stocked, beautiful patio with waterfall and fire pit. It is located in an appealing enclave in one of the best areas of greater St. George (Ivans), yet nothing in the city is far away. It is also in the vicinity of the beautiful Snow Canyon State Park and the Kayenta Art Village. Communication with Red Rock Vacation rentals was immediate. Would stay there again for sure!

Clean and nice. Well stocked kitchen. Property manager replied in 1 minute when we had questions- great communication. Nice gym and pool! Tempurpedic mattresses. Tiny complaints would be road noise on patio, but easy to ignore, and the living room furniture isn't super comfy for watching movies.

Restored in the Desert

The property was perfectly located for daily hikes in and around St. George, especially Snow Canyon. The home was comfortable, and clean. Our only disappointment was the bed situation. The house has 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 adults - the listing says 10, which is a bit misleading since one room has a bunk bed w/full mattresses and a sofa sleeper in the living room. If you have small kids, 2 kids per bunk and 2 kids on sofa sleeper would work - but certainly not for adults.
