Exclusive Luxury Lodge on 40 Private Acres, 1/4 mile to Lake Arrowhead Village

Luxury accommodations in a private gated compound with two lodge buildings on 40 acres overlooking Lake Arrowhead. Just right for family gatherings (up to 21 people), reunions, workshops, and corporate retreats. The posted nightly rental rate includes both the Ponderosa and Sugar Pine Lodges ensuring maximum privacy for our guests. However, in off-season we occasionally rent a single lodge at a reduced rate.

Our outdoor amphitheater is ideal for weddings and other special events, but not included in the lodge rental. Please contact us for separate booking information. If our guests are renting both lodges and require a little extra space, for an extra charge, there is a one-room apartment with a queen bed and a double futon, with a half bath. Otherwise, our outdoor spaces (walking/hiking trails) with views of the lake, are available for use by our guests.

Ponderosa Lodge: The larger of the two buildings (sleeps 13) contains a Master suite with an attached full- bathroom, and a queen bed on the main floor. Also on the main floor is a bunk room that has one twin and three bunks (six beds). Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. One has a queen bed, and one has two twin beds. On the main lodge floor there is a gender-neutral bathroom with two private toilets and two private showers. The Chef's kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment, two Viking ranges, a microwave, dishwasher and a 48" refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water dispenser. Of course, all glassware, plates and utensils are provided. Professional chefs love this kitchen. The living room contains a large fireplace (firewood is provided), flat-screen TV, (cable and DVD player), i-Pod docks and Wi-Fi. Outdoor living spaces include a large wrap-around deck with luxury seating, 3 outdoor dining tables, an additional fireplace, a large natural-gas grill (gas provided), serving bar and an additional restroom, with two private stalls and a private shower.

Sugar Pine Lodge: This is a real log building (sleeps 9) consisting of three rooms; great-room, kitchen/dinette, and gender-neutral bathroom with two private stalls, a private shower and two sinks. The great-room has a fireplace and seating area, with a flat-screen TV (cable and DVD), Wi-Fi, and i-Pod dock. Next to the seating area is a unique bunk bed with a double mattress below with standard twin bunk above. In the center of the room there is a large round dining table that seats 8 people. At the far end, there are three 3 bunks (sleeps 6), which can be screened from the great-room with a large privacy curtain. The kitchen/dinette is fully stocked. The outdoor patio has a fantastic view of the lake, and contains a gas grill, and outdoor fireplace, covered eating area and luxury seating.

Apartment: (at extra charge). The apartment is located adjacent to a covered parking area, below the Ponderosa Lodge with a separate entrance. It is a one-room apartment with a queen bed and a double futon/couch, with a fireplace (gas, not wood burning) and its own a half bath.
