New fixtures and appliances mix beautifully with rustic accents that feel warm and welcoming. A FEW REASONS YOU’LL LOVE THIS BOUTIQUE SUITE • CENTRAL LOCATION FOR YEAR-ROUND ACTIVITIES: During the warmer months, beach lovers will be able to enjoy our private neighborhood beach access, bike the trails or hit the links. When the snow is falling, head to the Village for a fun-filled day of downhill runs and snow-inspired fun. • FLEXIBLE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The boutique suite has a queen bed, complimented with nightstands and lamps on each side. The area is very close to a quiet stretch of Georgian Bay. A five minute walk in fact. The Scandinave Spa is a six minute drive and Blue Mountain Village is six or seven minutes by car as well. Communication with owners timely and positive.

the Lake at Blue Mountains

Our room was part of a renovated motel with a separate bedroom and a combined living room, dining room, and kitchen. It is small but well appointed and perfectly situated for our ski holiday complete with our dog. It is quiet and we were able to walk down to the beach area and around the loop road. We will certainly book again. Dan and Jane

Very clean and cozy

The inside of the condo was great and very well maintained. However, the outdoor space was disappointing. The condo faces the main highway which was quite busy and noisy. The back is on a gravel road with no view. There was no where to enjoy the outdoors that was peaceful unless you walked to the small beach area about 7 minutes away. The beach area is very small and very close to the marshy area.

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful stay. Rooms give you all the amenities of a small apartment great for families.Loved be able to make and coffee and breakfast in the morning and bbq at night. Don/ Dan our hosts were attentive and quick to respond for assistance. 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to blue mountain village and Colliingwood. Suite 7 was updated modern and had new beachy vibe we loved .
