Great location

Perfect for a family stay that is hassle free and quick walk to the beach. Be aware that although they mention extra car passes are available, there are none for this property and room for only 2 vehicles. No additional parking nearby.

Cute and quiet place!

Plenty of room for the two of us plus our small pup. The one thing we didn’t like were the stairs. They were a little narrow and steep. The pool is nice. We walked across the street to Hilton Head Beach & Tennis to go to their pool bar for pina coladas. 5-7 minute walk to the beach or you can drive there and park in their lot. There is a charge for parking at all the lots. Lots of restaurants within a 5-1 min. drive. Really likes the enclosed front patio.

Perfect Location

We loved this place! Perfect for our two families…4 adults, 3 kids! Proximity to the beach was the best…very easy walk! I spent the early mornings on the shaded, front porch with my book and coffee! The pool was great to cool off after a day at the beach. It was all pretty shaded and very few people when we went. The back porch had the shade in the afternoon and was perfect for the late afternoons while waiting for your turn in the shower! We would definitely rent this place again!

Great location and very nice condo!

We've stayed in Stones Throw before but this was our first time in this unit. The location cannot be beat -- it's an easy 5-min walk to the beach boardwalk on a bike path. Condo was clean and spacious, lots of amenities (beach towels, sand toys, chairs, etc.), and it was easy to communicate with the property manager when needed. Also lots of baby/toddler gear (pack 'n play, bathroom stool, plasticware) but overall a lot of decor that was decidedly not toddler-proof so we moved some things around to keep them out of reach during our stay...! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family spent 10 days at this lovely home. The owners have thought of everything - kitchen items, blankets to cozy up in the event of rain, comfy seating on the back patio, a grill for dinners in, games for family time, beach items, etc. The location is wonderful - not too noisy, an easy walk to the beach, convenient parking and a one minute walk to the pool. Hilton Head Properties is a pleasure to deal with - they answered all of our questions when selecting a rental and were very helpful when we need to find parking for an extra car over the weekend. We hope to return to this wonderful home soon!

Hidden Gem on HHI

Living right down the road in Savannah, we frequently come up to Hilton Head Island for last minute staycations. This was our first time staying here, and not to jump ahead, but hopefully not our last. Right from the beginning, before we booked, Lillian was attentive and answered my questions immediately. There was never a lack of communication at any time, and all of our pre stay needs were met. Arriving at the property was a breeze. When we entered the home, we were amazed. The pictures just don’t do justice to how large and beautiful this home is. The couches and beds were more than comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all necessities, and the home was very clean. The property was quiet, the pool was great, but the short walk to the beach was awesome! If I had one complaint, it would be the weather we had on the first day, but this home made our family time enjoyable as we weathered out the storm.
