Great stay!

We had a wonderful vacation. This house was located in a quiet little town with very friendly locals. We rented a vehicle and was able to see a lot of Switzerland sites from this location. The house was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. There was a pasture with cows behind the house...very peaceful. We highly recommend this house!

Excellent !

A wonderful "chalet" with an amazing view over the surrounding mountains. A very clean fully equiped and calm place. The landlord is extremely nice and helpful with so many ideas and advice to visit the region.

I could meet our guests personally. We had very nice experiences together, such as a rustic stay in an alpine hut nearby Jaun or a nice farewell evening, where we had a good communication. Very nice guests. I hope we see us again! Ich konnte unsere Gäste persönlich kennen lernen. Wir hatten sehr schöne gemeinsame Erlebnisse, wie bspw. einen urigen Aufenthalt in einer Alphütte oder einen netten Abschiedsabend, an dem wir uns vielfältig austauschen konnten. Sehr nette Gäste. Ich hoffe, wir sehen uns wieder einmal!

Fantastic!

Stunning location and views are magical! Good access to local attractions and apartment was very clean. Could have sat and looked at the view all day!! Only recommendation would be to have some of the ‘things to do’ binder in English- we don’t speak German. Super trip and highly recommend!

Week in Jaun

The chalet was lovely. At the top of the hill in Jaun with a beautiful view. It would be helpful to have something in writing on the property regarding only 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided as well as the single trash bag- this is common in Switzerland, but not in American VRBO’s. The host clarified this and it was no problem to find more in Charmey. Thomas was an excellent host and responded immediately to any questions we had. The on site managers were lovely, but only speak German, so we used google translate to communicate. I would recommend this Chalet for sure!

JAUN ist ein kleiner traumhafter Ort. Für uns ist es bereits das zweite mal das wir in dieses Winterwonderland eintauchen durften. Wir waren erneut begeistert. Der Jaunpass erfreute uns an zwei Tagen, wir waren in Lenk und haben eine Kutsch bzw Schlittenfahrt erlebt . Einen Tag war schlechtes Wetter , da besuchten wir in Bulle die Bowlingbahn und spielten Billard. Ein Spaziergang "Rund um Jaun" durfte auch nicht fwhlen und wir machten eine ausgiebige Wanderung durch die verschneite Berglandschaft. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und empfehlen dieses kleinen Ort und wunderschöne Charlet Barbara . Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber bzw. Den Hausverwaltern war auch immer sehr gut .

Le seul bémol concerne l'accès très étroit pour les voitures. Le croisement est difficile.Heureusement, des aires de stationnement existent sur le chemin.

Magnifique chalet

Situation exceptionnelle, vue imprenable sur la vallée, les Gastlosen et la cascade de Jaun. Le chalet est bien entretenu, il ne manque rien. En plus nous avons eu beaucoup de neige pour Noël.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Jaun u. Chalet Barbara

Nous avons passé une petite semaine au sein de ce logement très agréable avec une vue magnifique d’une propreté irréprochable. Le responsable de la conciergerie est très sérieux et ponctuel et son propriétaire Monsieur Woznik très sympathique. Nous avons rarement logé dans un logement aussi bien équipé chez Abritel. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben uns in der FeWo SEHR wohl gefühlt. Total gemütlich und mit einem super schönen Balkonblick auf Jaun. Herrlich war, dass man die Abendsonne bis zum Untergang auf den Balkon genießen konnte. Alles in allem ein rundum toller Aufenthalt!

Winterurlaub 2023

Wir waren mehr als begeistert von allem. Jaun ist ein kleines Dorf mitten in den Voralpen. Jeden Morgen bestaunten wir die Berge vom Balkon mit Kaffee in der Hand. Das Wetter war sagenhaft schön. Wir besuchten den Jaunpass , waren am Schwarzsee Schlittschuhlaufen , kamen in den leuchtenden Eiswelten aus dem Staunen nicht mehr heraus und wir sind so unendlich viel spazieren gegangen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich und wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Leider gingen die Tage viel zu schnell vorbei. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben in unserem persönlichen Wintertraumland.
