A good condo in Sea Colony

Sea Colony is a perfect location. The resort is well maintained and perfect for a relaxing time at the beach. This condo was very comfortable. Beautiful view. Well appointed. We would stay there again.

Great time on vacation!

This place is exactly as pictured. It was clean, and the view of the beach/ocean was incredible! The only downside is we went during construction, which was going on all day right next door. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance, but not a far drive from others.

July 4th

we were in Bethany for July 4 weekend and we had a blast. Me and my two sisters we are in our 70s spend time here and it was an amazing resort and the room was clean and very convenient as we didn’t have to take the elevator because it’s on the second floor.

A peaceful retreat by the ocean.

We felt right at home in this well-stocked condo. I miss being able to go out onto the balcony to greet the day and ocean. My friend and I had such a restful time and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Many thanks to the owner for sharing this lovely condo adorned with lighthouses. We loved having our own separate bedrooms and full bathrooms, too.

Nice room, showing its age

The room itself is very nice. The carpets are plush, the kitchen is well stocked, and it was clean upon arrival. Our biggest complaint would be the age of the building and room. Both of the towel racks are not properly installed on the walls, making them very loose. All of the lamps are very old and frail. The patio furniture could use some updating as well.

Winter Vacation

Unit was great and was in great location. Perfect place to stay for a non summer trip. Easy access to indoor pool and other amenities. The only issues was our key to get in the unit was not in the after hours box. Vacassa mangement handled pretty quickly, but since we did not get in to 11:30 at night it was the last thing we wanted to deal with. Overall great time.

Overall, we really enjoyed the stay, but you should be aware of the pros and cons of this property. Bottom line is that if you are looking for a very clean place in an outstanding location with a great view, and you don’t care about comfortable beds or staying somewhere that is updated, this is the place for you. Pros:-the view is outstanding-very clean and stocked with all kitchen stuff you need-it’s on 2nd floor of Edgewater house, in the same building as the indoor pool and an outdoor pool that is open until September 21, which is awesome. It’s fast an easy to get to the ocean, and you don’t need to wait for the elevator because you can just take the stairs-you can walk to cvs, mini golf, sunsations, and a few restaurants in 5 minutes. Great location!-washer and dryer in unit-everything workedCons:-it is completely outdated. Everything is old-the kitchen has a drop ceiling and is missing a large panel-the furniture is old-the beds are rock hardThose are the key relevant factors in deciding whether you want to pay whatever price it’s listed at.

A Perfect Vacation Home

We loved the convenient location and the beautiful well-stocked home. All we had to bring were our clothes and groceries. Everything else was there. The sunrise view every morning was spectacular! We will definitely return!

Great view, well appointed kitchen. Lots of seating in the living room. It should be noted that the set up has the master bedroom on the hallway/street side and the room either 2 twin beds oceanside. Bit of a bummer if you wanted the ocean sounds at night.

Nice

Liked having a room with Twin beds. Appreciated 2 full baths. Very neat, clean and tidy. Not overly decorated and stocked with the essentials. Of course the ocean view was great.
