Conveniently located in the Oyster Bay area of Naples, this 2nd floor condo space is bright, clean and well equipped. Spend the afternoon by the heated pool then take a scenic stroll to nearby shops and restaurants. It’s an easy walk to Tin City and 5th Ave and Naples Pier and the beach are only 2 miles away. Our piece of paradise is in a lovely residential neighborhood perfect for walking and is perfect for a single traveler or couple. Being on a canal, you may see a manatee or dophin if you’re lucky! No elevator. Sorry, no pets allowed. 1 parking space only.

Location. Location! LOCATION!

The property is directly behind Naples Bay Resort, two blocks from Highway 41 and just over the bridge from Fifth Avenue. You can walk to just about everything except the beach. The property is smallish but perfectly adequate for two people. Everything was very clean, and the property was VERY well provisioned. The owners thought of all the details.
