Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé des vacances très reposantes début aout 2024. Le calme de la résidence et sa situation nous ont beaucoup plus, aucun problème pour se stationner dans le parking à proximité. L'appartement était très propre avec une très bonne literie et dans un petit immeuble récent très bien entretenu et très bien insonorisé. La relation avec les propriétaires a été très agréable et ils ont été très accommodants. Je recommande

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour estival dans la région de La Baule et dans cet appartement confortable (notamment la literie qui est de qualité), bien équipé (le balcon/terrasse de belle dimension et bien exposé, tout le nécessaire de "base",...), sécurisé et bien situé (on peut faire beaucoup à pied en 15 minutes en moyenne comme la plage, le marché).

Appartement très confort mais mal situé-séjour du 10 au 17/06

Appartement très agréable et décoré avec goût mais situé au RDC au coin d'une rue très passante. Et d'autre part, logement à déconseiller à des personnes sans voiture ni vélo car éloigné de tout - plage, commerce de tout genre (à 20 mns à pied minimum).Terrasse face à un collège/lycée, donc à éviter pendant les périodes scolaires car trafic très dense.

L'appartement est à 900 m de la plage, 10 mm à pied pour nous, fonction de votre allure de marche. La petite rue à sens unique n'est pas particulièrement passante, mais nous sommes en ville.
