Charming, Family Friendly Newly Renovated Duplex on Holmes Beach


Welcome to our newly remodeled 2beds/2bath 1/2 of the duplex, just short walk (3-5min)to the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. This duplex is located on a very quiet dead end street.

Everything in this unit is brand new, new bathrooms, new flooring, new kitchen, furniture…
The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full size oven, induction cooktop, coffeemaker, toaster and everything else that you may need for your cooking
Open plan living room with a 60inch smart TV and also Apple TV has and queen size sleeper sofa that offers extra sleeping options. Plenty of games for your kids for the warm island nights. Free WIFI through the entire place.
If you like to sit outside and BBQ, a gas grill is available on the outside patio.
The Master bedroom with the king size bed, mounted smart Tv
2nd bedroom with a queen sized bed and mounted TV as well.
Washer and dryer is located in the unit.
We provide beach towels , beach chairs, umbrellas, cart.

We are pet friendly for additional fee.
The property is fenced in.

Shopping, restaurants are just moments away.

Our property is equipped with RING bell Surveillance device, located outside, by the entrance door.

All devices are installed for the security purposes.

Great location and neighborhood!

We loved staying at this property. It is a close walk to the beach and nature preserve and the neighborhood is very nice. There are also many good restaurants nearby. The unit is well decorated with lots of extras like towels and chairs for the beach. The fenced backyard and deck are an added bonus. It is a small space and is best for a couple with a few guests staying for a short time.

Great location and safe neighborhood

We really enjoyed our month long stay at this little duplex. The adjacent occupants were very helpful if we needed anything. The neighborhood was quiet yet convenient to grocery and drug stores, sundry shops and small restaurants. The beach was always empty and we got to know the 4 other families we saw each day! The yard was wonderful for our dog, bikes and beach chairs. We ate most meals at the outdoor table. The only downside was how small the rooms are. There was no room for any dresser so all clothing had to be hung or placed on the top shelf of the closet. The kitchen was tiny and sparsely outfitted. We purchased wine glasses and storage containers and left them there for future renters. We had our 1 year old grandson and his parents and there was no room for a port a crib in either bedroom. It’s a perfect place for a couple with a dog and a guest or two for a few nights but pretty confining for any more than that. The dining table is very small and the chairs block the door. We would gladly return if we were not having guests as the place was very cute and clean in a great location.

Hi Betsy and thank you for your time to leave a review. Thank you also for the additional wine glasses to the ones we had. Our description and pictures are pretty accurate, is shows the dining table can seat 4 people and we have additional 2 bar stools at the counter for eating. Our occupancy is max 6 people. As we offer short time stay we think the kitchen suites all needs to prepare meals ( fullsize range, full size fridge, dishwasher..) We may consider putting a dresser in the master bedroom. Great Spot Across the Road from the Beach!

This property is immaculately decorated and maintained. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. My husband and I loved that we could literally walk across the street to the beach. Would definitely recommend and will return!

New beachy little duplex

We very much enjoyed our stay at 304 A 29th street. The place had new appliances and overall was in new condition. Great access to beach and nice quiet neighborhood. Kitchen needs to be better stocked for those staying for awhile but overall, I would recommend this place for a couple with an extra bedroom for guests.
