• Coffee Bar: Equipped with a Cuisinart 14-Cup Coffee Maker, coffee, a variety of sweeteners and creamers and more for the perfect morning start.

• A cozy OUTDOOR FIREPIT oasis equipped with a smokeless SOLO Stove. Perfect spot to gather for Smores, Hostess ding-dongs roasting (a family favorite!), star gazing, or just relaxing with a scenic cove view and lit up back yard in the evenings.

• A gorgeous SANDY BEACH that is an amazing place to soak in the sun and play in the water. There is a bamboo fence for privacy as we share the end of the cove with one neighbor.

• GAME AREA on terrace level, which includes ping pong table, 3 arcades, life size Connect 4 and Jenga, darts, and table for games. We also have a lot of board games, puzzles, and cards!

•Outdoor lights that illuminate the back yard in the evening.

• Bring your own boat or rent one. Boat ramp is right around the corner of the cove, with easy access to our dock (Old Federal Day Park). I have information on boat rentals in the area I can give you.

The game area is a vibrant mix of nostalgia and modern leisure, providing an array of activities from the life-size Connect 4 and Jenga to a large selection of board games, puzzles, and cards stored in a well-stocked bookcase. Our kitchen is a cook's dream, designed for both the passionate chef and the casual cook. Warm wooden cabinetry and ample kitchen amenities blend to create a space that’s both functional and inviting. The spacious granite countertop with vibrant orange bar stools adds a pop of color and is perfect for casual dining or sipping your morning coffee made from the fully equipped coffee bar. This versatile terrace level bedroom is a cozy haven, perfect for rest or playful leisure. It features two full beds and additional cots. The room is thoughtfully appointed with soft bedding, warm accents, and contemporary decor. A full bathroom is conveniently located nearby, ensuring comfort and accessibility for all.


Other things to note:

- Rental Agreement: Guests will be required to sign a Rental agreement and provide a copy of a government-issued ID after booking confirmation.

- Pet Policy: We welcome your furry friends! Up to two small or medium-sized dogs are permitted with prior approval. A $200 cleaning fee applies. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages. Please ensure dogs' nails are trimmed to protect our floors, and do not leave pets unattended in the home.

- Grilling Amenities: A Propane Grill is available on the deck for your barbecuing pleasure, complete with an extra propane tank and cleaning utensils.

- Grocery Delivery: For your convenience, Publix, Instacart, and Walmart delivery services are available to our home. Additionally, local stores like Publix and Target, as well as eateries, are just a short drive away, and meal delivery is accessible through DoorDash and Uber Eats.
