Come to discover this modern and cosy apartment of 54 m ² in sea front and completely redone! Located in a quiet area of Courseulles-sur-Mer, you will be seduced by its sea view and its direct access to the beach!
You will have all the necessary comfort for a successful stay in family or between friends: a living room to enjoy a good dinner in front of the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower-room as well as a loggia on the south side.
Private parking space. Bike room. Cot and high chair available. Bed linen and towels extra.

The apartment :
Located on the 1st floor accessible by elevator, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day space:
- A through living-dining room (north/south) with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a coffee table, a TV, board games, reading as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people and access to the loggia.
- A kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, Tassimo pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker...

Night space:
- A large bedroom with a double bed, a large closet and direct access to the loggia through a large bay window
- A shower room with a shower, a basin and storage space.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- An openable loggia of 5 m² facing south, furnished with a table and chairs.
- Private parking space
- Bicycle room in the residence

Apartment is clean and well represented in the photos, and access and communication with management company was great, but the place doesn't have internet and I didn't notice that when I booked and it was too late to cancel, so I reached out to the manager, who told me there was public wifi from the beach that was accessible so I didn't worry about it. When I arrived, there was no public wifi available, so I left and booked another place because I needed to be able to work. It's my mistake for not noticing the lack of connectivity in the listing details, but it's 2025 and I don't expect any place NOT to have internet access. I feel like they should make a note on the listing to make sure people understand this, and don't mislead people into thinking there's a way to connect when it's not true.

Les Vagues "Superbe Expérience 🙂 Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in dieser Wohnung. Wir haben noch nie eine so perfekt eingerichtete Küche & Appartement erlebt! Die Lage war perfekt! Jeden Tag das Meer vor der Tür zu sehen, ein Traum. Manchmal war es noch schöner im Wohnzimmer zu schlafen und das Rauschen der Wellen zu genießen. Das 1,60m Bett i. Schlafzimmer war ausreichend für 2 und sehr bequem. Toll waren die elektrischen Rollläden die man vorm Schlafzimmer Fenster runterlassen konnte, so wie auch zur Meerseite. Die Nachbarn im Haus sind auch ganz lieb. Ja, das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man hört eigentlich fast alles vom Nachbarn, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Nachtruhe wurde immer eingehalten. 🙁 Was uns nicht gefiel ist, das dieses Appartment leider nur für französische Besucher gedacht ist, denn es gibt Ausschließlich französisches Fernsehprogramm. Auch keine Infos über den Ort, oder Umgebung, das kann man verbessern, wenn man an Touristen aus aller Welt vermieten möchte. Des weitern wussten wir natürlich das es kein WLAN gibt ( in der heutigen Zeit eigentlich ein No-Go, aber ok) Was wir aber nicht wussten ist, das es auch so gut wie kein Empfang für unser eigenes mobiles Netz gab! Und wir haben verschiedene Mobilfunk Anbieter.... Das hat den Aufenthalt, bei öfter schlechtem Wetter, zu einer nervlichen Zerreissprobe gemacht ;-) Es hat definitiv per Mail die Info gefehlt, das wir einen rfid Chip erhalten haben mit dem man die Haustür öffnen kann und auch von der Strandseite damit ins Haus kommt! Das erfuhren wir erst nach einer Woche durch Nachbarn. Alles in allem ein tolles Appartement!"

Vacances vue sur mer

Appartement avec la vue sur mer magnifique. Accès à la plage en face de l immeuble. Rue avec commerces à 15 minutes à pieds en suivant la promenade du bord de mer très agréable. Appartement traversant, idéal pour aérer, propre, la literie est bonne, c est joliment décoré. Chambre spacieuse pour 2 adultes + 2 places dans le canapé convertible du salon.
