80 m² Breton house for 6 people near the sea and the GR34 hiking trail. Located in the heart of the charming village of La Roche Jaune in Plouguiel, on a quiet little side street just a few meters from the grocery store and the delicious fine-dining restaurant Le Merle Moqueur. This recently renovated house is ready to welcome you for a most enjoyable stay. Less than 500 meters away is the port of La Roche Jaune, with its small, well-maintained beach at the foot of the bar-restaurant Le Pesked, as well as La Cabane à Huîtres, where you can enjoy oysters on the waterfront terrace—a real treat!!! Just a stone’s throw from the rugged coastline typical of Brittany, our trails offer beautiful walks and bike rides, and for relaxation, the beaches of Gouermel, Porz Hir, and Porz Scarff.

Charming nearby towns like Tréguier and Plougrescant—with its Gouffre just 5 km away—as well as Le Sillon de Talbert, the island of Bréhat, Paimpol with its magnificent marina, and the Pink Granite Coast featuring Perros-Guirec and Port-Blanc.... Many activities await you in the surrounding area, such as sailing, rollerblading, snorkeling, water skiing, scuba diving, cycling, horseback riding, mountain biking, tennis, windsurfing, swimming, fishing, surfing, and water sports.

Séjour de rêve

La sensation qu'un ami t'a laissé les clés de sa maison pour le week-end, on se sent accueilli et tout de suite à son aise. La Roche Jaune est un petit coin de paradis. Inoubliable ! Merci à Nicolas et sa famille

Séjour à Ty Roc'h Karantez

Le gîte est nickel, beau, de bon goût et très propre, très bien équipé. Le propriétaire s'est montré disponible et attentif à toutes mes demandes. Beaucoup de DVD, dommage que nous n'ayons jamais pu faire fonctionner l'ensemble "lecteur DVD et télévision" (une plus grande information sur le mode d'emploi pourrait rendre service aux locataires qui, comme moi, sont nuls en technologie). Livres mis à disposition intéressants. Seul bémol il y a des marches partout, entre chaque pièce, ce qui risque de rendre le séjour compliqué pour les personnes qui ont du mal dans les escaliers.

Espace chaleureux et accueillant

Très jolie maison au coeur du petit village de la Roche Jaune, proche du port. Longère récemment rénovée avec goût, pièces spacieuses et lumineuses, équipements tout neufs. On se sent tout de suite chez soi. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner quand le jardin sera accessible et le wifi installé.
