Summer Getaway with friends

We had a great stay in Granby! House is right on the mountain for easy access to hiking and Granby Ranch. Great views! The house was clean and well equipped for all our needs. Beds were comfortable. The private hot tub was a lovely addition! Gary was prompt, helpful and easy to access. Check in was easy and straightforward. Great house especially for the ski season.

Great Ski-In Ski-Out

Beautiful clean house, has all that we need. Lovely mountain and this is truly ski-in and ski-out and easy for the kids to navigate. This is our second time we booked this house, and we will be back!

We hope to visit this lovely home again!

The 3 level layout is a perfect set up for grandparents, parents, and grandkids with lots of space and privacy for all. The hot tub is a perfect place for sunset and it is a true ski in ski out. We would stop in at lunch to visit the 1.5 year old. The kitchen is well equipted including high chairs. Many condiments are in the refrigerator so that is always helpful for a short stay. Overall the house is just lovely!!!

National Park Getaway

For the past 10 years, we have traveled to a different national park every summer with our 3 boys. This year, we had my brother’s family from the Denver area join us. This home was fabulous! There was plenty of room for the 11 of us to hang out, play games, eat together, and enjoy one another’s company. In addition, it is close to Rocky Mountain National Park, which we visited. Also, we spent time mountain biking at Granby Ranch, which was an absolute blast! We would definitely come back here again!!

Perfect for family and friends!

Wow! What a great trip we had at Granby! The house was perfect for everyone. Awesome sound system to listen to music while sitting around the fireplace playing games talking about funny skiing stories! We used the hot tub multiple times a day and will never stay anywhere again that does not have a hot tub! It is a true ski in ski out! You could not ask for a better location. We went to dinner in town, we could be at the grocery store in 5 minutes, just perfect! We are already planning out trip next year and we will stay here again!

The house is beautiful, clean, nice etc... the mountain & location is amazing for beginner skiiers/boarders & children. The first day we were there the lift next to the house was not open but it opened the second day & stayed open so that was really nice to have especially with kids. It was expensive to ski at grandby I’m not sure if the prices ski rocketed because of covid or what but for 3 day lift pack I paid 289 and for ski rentals I paid 65 a day... we saved a lot of money by cooking and eating at the house. The house had little tubes for the kids to tube down the mountain that kept the kids occupied & saved us from spending 25-60/hour at a tubing park. The owners were great to work with as well

Great for our group of 10!

First, I would like to commend the property owner. He had excellent communication and never took more than a few minutes to respond if we had any questions. Also, we had a group of 10 including 4 adults and 6 boys and we ate every meal at the house. There is a table big enough for everyone and all the basics needed for preparing and serving meals in the house. They also had great sleeping arrangements, bedding, towels, etc. The ski in-ski out feature is great as long as you are comfortable skiing on blues because you do have to take a blue to get back to the house from the main base of Granby. The lift that is in the houses backyard is a smaller lift that allows you to ski down and take the lift up to where you can go over and connect with the main runs. The run by the house is ungroomed and a little more difficult for beginners. We ended up taking one car over to the resort parking lot each day to get the younger boys back to the house as the blue going to the house is just a little too hard for them. Overall, we had a great experience at the house and we all hope to come back next year!

This house was the perfect location! We enjoyed being able to ski straight from the house! Gary responded very quickly to any questions we had and was a great host!! We had 3 families staying in the house and it was the perfect size! We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

This house is so much better than advertised

We had 3 families, one stayed upstairs with 2 children, one stayed downstairs with 2 children, we had the master suite on the main floor. Great space, and well stocked kitchen. Extended our stay, owner was very responsive, kids loved this house.
