The Bluff House is located in the exclusive Estates section of Margaritaville resort and is famous for having some of the best views of the lake. There is nothing like watching an Ozark sunset from one of our three decks or relaxing with a glass of wine in our hottub.
Our home is designed to accomodate large groups and families. Every one of our bedrooms is spacious and offers comfortable beds, private sitting area, in room television and a private deck. Every bedroom has their own private bathroom as well. You will appreciate the large open living room and dining room area as well as one of the only sunrooms in a home on Margaritaville that allows for 180 degree views of the lake.
Our kitchen is well stocked with all of the items that you need to prepare meals and a grill is provided as well as ample outdoor seating so you can enjoy your time at the lake.

You will see why our guests come back year after year.

Our home is located in the Estates section of Margaritaville and guests have access to the community outdoor pools from May-September. Additionally, for additional fees guests can contact the resort and utilize their Jolly Mon Indoor Waterpark, bowling alley, miniature golf, spa, arcade, billards bar, horse riding stables, fitness center, the Landshark bar with swimup bar and beach, and three other dining restaurants. The resort offers several other outdoor pools that are available seasonally as directed by the resort. If you are a golfer you will be in heaven with access to a 9 hole and 18 hole Championship Golf Course.

If you are bringing a boat there is a convenient unloading area as you enter the resort and you can rent a boat slip at Margaritaville during your stay. They also offer onsite boat, jet ski and paddle boat rentals. Our house is located at the 25 MM in the center of everything.

There is parking for four vehicles and additional parking available at designated resort lots.

Another Amazing Stay at The Bluff House

This was my second stay at the Bluff House, and it was just as incredible as the first. The home is beautiful, with unbeatable views and close proximity to all Margaritaville has to offer. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful—leaving us a sweet welcome gift. We had the absolute best time and hope to come back next summer!

Lake house

This property was perfect for my family of 10 people which included 4 children between 3 and 7 years old. The lake view and hot tub was a huge hit. The hosts were amazing and very responsive when needed and also even left a gift for the children to use. I would highly recommend this property for a vacation.

Very nice house with room for 4 couples

House is at a great location on the lake, with a very nice outdoor area on the bluff with hot tub. We let the property owner know it was my wife’s birthday and she had decorations up and a thoughtful gift waiting for us. Would definitely stay here again

Great Place for the Whole Family!

What an amazing property. The views of the lake are breathtaking and the location was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the spacious living room and enclosed sunroom with the whole family of 8. A nice bonus was a 75” TV in the living room and a TVs in every other room. Also, the large bedrooms had mini fridges, which was a plus.

Bluff House is Perfect

The house has a great layout with plenty of room to relax. We felt "at home". It had all the amenities needed to make the space comfortable. The view from the deck for the evening sunsets was mind blowing. The hosts are amazing and will make you feel extremally important and cared for. I would recommend this place to anyone headed to the Lake of the Ozarks.

Labor Day weekend 24’

Absolutely beautiful place with the most gorgeous view of the lake from both inside and outside the home. Every room was perfectly decorated and had all the “extras” you could need. Our host even left goodies in the refrigerator and a homemade pillow in a gift bag for us. Such thoughtful and kind hosts and highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place right on the lake. We’ll definitely be back!

Family Gathering

The property was perfect for our family gathering with three very large bedrooms (spaced apart for added privacy) and a breathtaking windowed four seasons room with a spectacular view of Lake of the Ozarks. We also enjoyed the outdoor deck (again with a view) and hot tub. Irma made our family a very tasty breakfast which was a unique touch we've never had in any of our previous rentals.

Excellent Place and Awesome Host

Perfect location to be in when in Ozarks. Right in the center. The house is right on Lake with beautiful views of the lake. The property is in excellent condition. Above and beyond all, Irma “The Host” will make you feel special and ensure you have what you need. Constant communication and help from her. This property offers some of the most stunning views of the main channel. Watching the sunset from this location is absolutely breathtaking and that is why it is referred to as "The Bluff House". Additionally, the location is in the heart of everything there is to do at the lake and is minutes from the main Margaritaville resort with lots of amenities and fun. It offer large private spaces for everyone in your group and a large living room and multiple decks to truly enjoy the lake. Don't forget the hot-tub, this is always a great way to relax and unwind after a day out at the lake.
