Fully furnished two bedroom condo with a large family room and a large lanai. The condo is in a gated community, with unobstructed Views of the GULF, BAY and POOL from every room.
Watch sunsets from the lanai (with sea and bay views), and also dolphins, kayaks or boats navigate the channel. California King bed in the Master bedroom, and a queen bed in the second bedroom.

Short walks to top ranked beaches in Naples. Five minutes walk to VANDERBILT BEACH and even shorter walk to Bluebill and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park beaches (and park/bay/beach views from the condo). Only 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport (RSW). World class shopping and a large selection dining, including famous nearby Mercato and Naples' 5th Avenue mall, all within minutes away by car.

Property was well equipped and perfectly located for us. A few minor repairs were needed, but all were handled immediately by the owner, who was always available. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Lovely stay.

Property was very clean and beds and furniture were comfortable. Loved the lanai with nice porch furniture and lovely view. The owner will provide any missing items. He also promptly arranged to have a plumbing issue resolved. The property has a great heated lap pool.

Good location, fantastic views from lanai, friendly building manager and neighborhood condo was dirty and smelt, hygienic deficiencies (mold in shower, dirty refrigerator and dishwasher), dishes insufficient, advertised pool was available just 3 days out of 5 weeks !! Pictures of all claimed items available.

We understand that the renter was upset, as the pool work got delayed. The building management tried its best during the renter's stay, and apologized for the delay. The issue was beyond the owner's control and has been rectified. The pool work was completed and has been operational for subsequent renters. Soon after the reviewer vacated, a new couple rented the condo. They were very happy. Some of their (quoted) comments (sent by text) after they checked in the condo are: 1. "Condo is spotless and very well decorated" 2. "Been to Naples for more than twenty years and your place is the best" 3.'"It has been wonderful ..., your lovely condo and the complex, pool, ..." It is understandable that a reviewer was upset because of the (hurricane Ian related) issue and gave lower-rating. However, as mentioned above, the mentioned issues are no longer applicable. We request that unfortunate temporary issue based low star rating be ignored. and his focus turned out to be extract money from day one (as explained below) and hence his low-rating was not not only fair and it should be totally dismissed. Firstly, my previous renter couple did not complain anything about the hygienic part or lack of utensils -- they were happy that it we went above beyond to provide a lot more for the couple's needs. Love the location

This apartment is in a high rise building that is getting old but the building, the pool and its grounds look good and Devan, the owner has done a lot of work on his unit. We arrived to a new stove, dishwasher and microwave. New faucets were added to all sinks. The bed was comfortable, neither pillow top nor firm. We could get comfortable in the living room and the lanai was great, overlooking the Delnor Wiggins nature preserve. We enjoyed watching dolphins swim by and the people launching their boats. We’ve stayed at more than two dozen VRBOs and this apartment ranks near the top. It’s one of the few apartments or houses where we’d return. Devan was very quick to respond to any questions or issues. I
