Silver Beach 502, Beachfront with breathtaking views! 2 bedroom, 2 bath

Silver Beach - Unit 502 is a beach front condo, with breathtaking views. It has a large balcony with tempered glass railing so you can enjoy unobstructed views of the beautiful gulf and sandy white beach. This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit and is located on the 5th floor in a low density complex with only 47 units. There is a ring camera by the front door, but there is no audio recording

One dog is allowed and must be under 20 pounds. Dogs are not allowed on the pool deck or pool area and are also not allowed on the beach per Orange Beach Ordinance. We will request a picture be sent to us by email or text to verify size of dog. There is a non refundable pet fee.

The master suite has a king size bed with a TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a large closet and has its own private access to the large balcony. The second bedroom is very small with a queen bed with brand new mattress and TV with access to a bathroom with a large shower. This bedroom does not have a closet, but there is closet right by the bedroom that can be used and there is a pack n' play in the master closet. The living room has a pull sofa-bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped and there is a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. You can see the beautiful views of the gulf from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom.

The beautiful beach front pool has a large deck for sunbathing and also has bathrooms located by the pool. There is an air conditioned area with tables and chairs that looks out at the pool where you can escape the heat and sun.

Silver beach condos are located in the heart of Orange Beach and is walking distance to a Walmart Grocery Store and also other grocery stores and walking distance to ice cream shops, restaurants, Starbucks, beignets, bait and tackle store, souvenir shops and so much more.

Some of the shared amenities are two elevators, pool, boardwalk, internet - High Speed wireless. 2 car parking max. Our balcony is private and has tempered glass railing to see the beautiful views

My stay, while during a period of rainy and windy weather, was good. The host was quick to respond to a couple requests for assistance. The unit was clean and well furnished. It could stand a bit of minor maintenance (commode seats loose, light bulbs needing replacing, towel bars missing). The beds were comfortable and except for one incident of the “barking dog” in a nearby unit, my unit was quiet and comfortable. Have stayed in this unit before and certainly will do so again.

Great Beach Trip

Lovely Condo on the Beach

The view of the beach is amazing and access to it was very easy. The condo is comfortable and well appointed. The owner was very accommodating and gracious. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

The views are spectacular from the inside of the condo and balcony; sunrise and sunset! The condo is well stocked, especially the kitchen. Walmart and literally anything else you would need is right across the street. Danna responded very quickly to my questions. Highly recommend this unit!

Nice place to spend a vacation

Bed in master bedroom is very high above the floor. Bath in master bedroom needs to be updated...tub floor much too slick and shower heads (master bath and guest bath) would be better if they were conventional (ones that you can take down for use when needed). Otherwise, view from deck is beautiful and air operated well.

First visit to Orange Beach

This was my families first trip to Orange Beach and the experience was wonderful. The rental was as described in the listing, the kitchen was equipped with anything one would need. The rental was beautiful, very clean, and spacious. The owner is very thoughtful, was easy to reach, very nice, and accommodating. The oceanfront view was amazing from our balcony and just a short walk to the beach.Shopping and grocery stores directly across the street. Will definitely go back!

Honeymoon Getaway

This was our third trip to the area, first for this condo, and it was by far our favorite! The others were wonderful but this place will be our “must book” for next time. The views were amazing, the bed was comfortable and everything was just as described in the listing. The condo was quite clean, smelled nice and we knew it was extra clean because our pup wasn’t interested at all in any particular area to sniff from previous guests. Danna was lovely to speak with as well. Our only modification would be to swap out shower heads in each bathroom with the kind that have a stationary head and a removable wand as well. It would make rinsing the showers out super easy. That’s just us being a bit picky and not a criticism at all, just a wishlist thing. We cannot wait to visit again! It’ll be our new home away from home.

Great Experience

Silver Beach is a great place for you and your dog. It is in a great location near restaurants and shopping centers that have stores to cover all your needs. The condo is laid out very well, and it seems roomy even though it is only about a 1000 square feet. There is a great dog area on either side of the parking lot with poopy bags furnished for your convenience. This particular condo is well-equipped and nicely decorated. Usually, we have to bring several items from home, but this one has all that you need and more. The views are amazing with great sunrises and sunsets. I wish you could see our pictures. This condo is beachfront meaning you can be walking on the beach in a short time. Danna, the owner, was attentive to all our needs. She is absolutely the best condo owner we have worked with, and we have been snowbirds for eight years. The refrigerator was not working properly, and she had it replaced in no time. She went above and beyond and helped pay for the food we lost plus gave us a gift card to a restaurant. That was totally not expected because things just happen. She told me she wanted all her renters to have a great experience. This nice lady goes the extra mile to do just that. You will have a great experience at this condo. If I could give more than 5 stars to this property, I sure would.
