Perfect place for a getaway!

This was the perfect place to stay for my wife and I with our 2 dogs. Property was clean and easy to find and secluded yet close to lots of stuff to do!

We had a wonderful stay at the lake. The house was very clean and stylish. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and kept us informed about necessary things. She let us know about the neighbor dogs being friendly which was important because we had our dog with us. We will definitely stay here again!

Serene Lake Home - Relaxation x 10!

Serene Lake Home was exactly what the name implies. The setting was absolutely gorgeous! Walking down to the lake was so refreshing. The wildlife and beautiful natural landscape was exactly what I had hoped for. Thank you for allowing guests the pleasure of staying at this best kept secret in Fort Scott!

Great lake retreat

This was a perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing few days around Fort Scott and the lake. The patio was a perfect place to relax with a book, enjoy the hot tub, and some wine by the fire pit doesn't hurt either.

A wonderful lake rental!

This property was fantastic. My parents have a place on the lake but it is too small for my family to stay at. This is the first year we have rented a spot on the lake, and it exceeded our expectations. The house was so much bigger than it looked in pictures. It was spotless and had everything you could need (including salt and pepper, coffee, and laundry detergent). The beds were very comfortable and the towels were soft. Communication with the hosts was easy. We will definitely come back!

Probably was in a great location for our trip. Beautiful scenery, very clean. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Property owners were extremely helpful and responsive to questions. Is definitely one of the best experiences I've had on VRBO. Will be booking again.
