Welcome to the Botanical Loft, where the enchantment of nature meets the comfort of modern living. Inspired by my love for Botanical Gardens across every city I explore, this vibrant and joy-filled condo offers a unique escape into a world of colors, flowers, and butterflies.

Nestled in a well-established and quiet mid-town neighborhood, our condo is a peaceful retreat near the iconic Parthenon, and only an 8-minute drive from the lively energy of Broadway!
1) Please note that a pre-checkin link will be sent to you after the reservation is confirmed. During this process you will need to:
- Sign a rental agreement
- Provide a picture ID
2) Pets are not allowed
3) This is a smoke-free environment
4) For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
5) Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
6) Please only use the parking spots that are dedicated to your unit. ~Parking limited to 2 vehicles per apt
7) Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
8) No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
9) For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
10) Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
11) No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
12) Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay
13) For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property
