Changes in Attitude boasts a large ocean view deck and a luxurious hot tub that will put you in a relaxing state of mind! Whether you appreciate a peaceful walk on the beach, an invigorating swim in the ocean, or a hike in the woods, you will certainly have a positive shift in attitude after staying in this wonderful 3 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath, home that sleeps up to 8. This home is designed for family fun!

The sunny living area is open to the kitchen and dining room and is great for friends and family to enjoy time together. Open the sliding glass door and enjoy the outdoors with dinner on the deck while watching the sun sink beyond the western horizon over the Pacific. On stormy days, you can watch the changing weather while the pellet stove keeps you warm and cozy inside. Family night can include watching your favorite sports team or movie on the large 65" television in the living room. The first bedroom, on the main floor, has a king bed and includes a large 43" flat-screen TV and a bath across the hall. Two other bedrooms, with comfy queen beds, are on the second level and share a jack and jill bath. One is very unique with a platform bed offering up stunning views of the ocean and a separate sitting area for private quiet time. Another special feature is the loft with a full-size bed, surf decor, and wonderful ocean views!

Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times.

Waldport is the perfect location for your retreat. Be adventurous and try your hand at clamming or crabbing right in Alsea Bay. It is just a quick walk to the beach where you can play in the sand, fly a kite, or walk for miles. The game room in the garage has a ping pong table, foosball, corn hole and an assortment of sand toys.

Great house. Super well equipped for cooking. Children and adults loved the game room and the hot tub. Check in was odd. After the check in time we got a note that we could check in early but it was too late. Also no house manual or instructions. Filled out an online note saying we needed help but nobody answered.

Great Stay on the Oregon Coast

This beach house was perfect for our 3-night stay on the Oregon coast. It was spacious, with enough room for our family of four to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed and front deck was terrific. Although we were fogged in and it was chilly, we still trekked to the beach which was just 3 blocks from the property. Host was responsive to all questions and made check-in very easy!

A perfect getaway for our three generation group.

The house was so lovely, cozy and stocked with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub and watching the sunset from the deck. The ocean view and location were excellent. We highly recommend this rental. Thank you!

Fantastic location!

The check in and check out process was smooth. I really appreciated that we didn't have to strip and wash all the linens before checkout. View was incredible and the beach was great. The oven was broken, but that wasn't a big deal because there are several good food options in the area.

Beautiful House

This house was so cute. Was actually bigger than I expected. Kids had a great time in the game room/garage playing ping pong and foosball. Great location, but thought it would be a little closer to the beach.

Everything we needed was in the home. I packed extra but didn't need anything extra. Home was clean. Great layout. Owners had a story book on the home. Rental company offered to bring more towels if needed. Short walk to the beach. Had a view of the beach. Was a lovely home especially for multi families.

Beautiful Property and area

House was well equipped. A bit cold so the pellet stove was nice. Pellets should be included in the overall price. I shouldn't have to go out and purchase pellets to heat the house. Garage game room was nice. Beds comfy and decor very nice. TV in every bedroom great! Hot tub big and kept hot! Very clean house!

Change In Attitude

The home was in an amazing area with great access to the beach. It was spacious and well appointed. In one of the upstairs bedrooms one of the legs on the bed was broken and being propped up by a cinder block. It made sleeping difficult as the bed tilted downward and off to the side. I contacted Sweet Homes Vacations and the property manager right away. I never got a reply from the property manager. No apology or even an acknowledgement of my notification. Highly recommend Sweet Homes and this property.

A really nice place in a great location

This property had all the amenities needed for a fun and relaxing vacation…the hot tub was especially appreciated by my daughter and son in law. The reservation staff gave us prompt replies when questioning whether they had something (this was before we got there) The towels were especially nice! The only problem we had was with the garage as the main door came off the rail so we couldn’t safely use the recreation space. It took them a day and a half for them to get someone to fix it. That part was really frustrating. The other thing that was not up to par were that a few of the window shades no longer went up and down so they had a rubber band that held them up when rolled up. It would have been nice if they had told us that because we, at first, thought we had broken them. When we called about the garage door we told them about the blinds and they said that they knew about it and that they were going to be replaced.

Great house for family vacation!

The house was great. Perfect for my parents to stay on the first floor. A loft area with a bed for my 4 and seven year old and 2 nice rooms with queen beds upstairs. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. The only hiccups we had were with kitchen appliances. The stove doesn’t work well and the hand mixer didn’t work, so we couldn’t bake our pie. We had a great time!

One of our favorite rentals ever

Stayed here a few days before Christmas with my husband and two sons. We were so impressed with how clean this house was. It was immaculate. We really felt right at home immediately. And we loved where hot tub was because we could be inside and still keep an eye on the kids. We were also so glad they had regular TV! We will definitely be back.

Ok, so all homes in this area are worn and old with a lot of mold/algae and peeling paint. That’s the effect of wind blown tough weather at the beach. But this place was the cleanest we’ve stayed! A warm welcome with the TV on to soft inspirational music. Simply lovely. Lots to do in the home, a short beach walk, excellent view and wonderful hot tub. Great house!

This house was well maintained and had a lot of space. There is plenty of room and accommodations in the kitchen to make meals as well as a big table to fit all the guests. The TV in the living room is one of the BIGGEST I have seen and was fun to gather around and watch during one of the coastal storms. Each bed was comfortable and provided plenty of pillows and blankets. The house also came with a pack n play baby bed, baby gates to secure the stairs and a high chair. We will definitely be back to enjoy this house again!
