LOCATION:

Las Palmas 77 is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located at Punta Espada golf course, overlooking hole 7 and near the golf club house.

Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier resorts in the Dominican Republic and a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities worldwide, not to mention a popular filming location for Hollywood and Netflix movies. Cap Cana stands as a premier destination that offers an array of luxurious amenities, pristine beaches, and world-class facilities that create an idyllic setting for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

The resort offers a wide array of amenities, including Juanillo Beach, considered one of the Caribbean's finest, and Api Beach Club at the marina. Additionally, you can enjoy Punta Espada, an oceanside golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, renowned for its excellence. Other attractions include restaurants, bars, beach clubs, tennis and paddle courts, Lago Azul with kayaks and paddleboards, an equestrian center and polo club, running and walking paths, and the El Dorado Water Park (scheduled to open in 2024/2025). The resort also features mini markets, a large marina with restaurants and bars, a casino, shops, fitness centers, and more. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are conveniently located just outside the property.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right close to the resort - 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

NOTE: You’ll have a golf touring cart included with the villa rental for transportation around the resort.

THE SPACE:

Las Palmas 77 is a stunning 6-bedroom, 6 1/2 bath, 2-story villa located at Punta Espada golf course (ranked #1 in the Caribbean) with great views of hole 7.

As you step through the front entrance, you'll be greeted by a breathtaking view of the swimming pool, seamlessly integrated into the villa's design. To the right of the entrance, the expansive living room features a striking double-height ceiling, furnished with a comfortable sofa area and a large flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living room, the well-appointed bar awaits (beverages not included).

The interior exudes a spacious, modern ambiance, adorned with contemporary furnishings in white and neutral tones, accented by vibrant pops of color and striking artwork. The villa also features a basketball half court located at the entrance.

To the left of the entrance area, the formal indoor dining room features a magnificent dining table for 12, and a beautiful walk-in wine cellar (beverages are not included). The open kitchen, complete with a cooktop island, and ample countertop is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking during your vacation, AND the villa also includes a chef who will prepare all your meals to be savored at the villa (food and beverages not included).

Beyond the dining area, the outdoor terrace beckons, complete with an outdoor dining area and BBQ grill. Step out onto the terrace from the living room, where a second living area with sofas, a TV, and a pool table offer additional leisure options. There are two expansive covered terraces by the pool offer a dining table for 12 and comfortable lounging furniture, ideal for relaxation, TV viewing, or even a friendly game of pool.

The resort-style pool has a centerpiece of 3 palm trees, with a semi-Olympic lap pool (25 meters / 82 feet long) on one side and a shallower area on the other. Enjoy the surrounding pool deck with sunbeds – perfect for basking in the sun on lazy days.

THE BEDROOMS:

Las Palmas 77 has 6 bedrooms. There is 1 bedroom downstairs and 5 bedrooms upstairs.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The primary suite with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, sofa area, TV, desk and chair, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, and a large private balcony overlooking the pool and golf course.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, desk and chair, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private balcony.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, desk and chair, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private balcony.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs, corner suite) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, desk and chair, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a large balcony overlooking the pool and golf course.

Bedroom 5 (upstairs) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, desk and chair, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower and raised tub, and a large balcony overlooking the pool and golf course.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are connecting bedrooms, i.e. there is a door between the 2 rooms (inside the room), which can be open or closed/locked.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The Spanish- and English-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
