Come enjoy this oasis in the gated community of Tortuga Bay. Attention to details makes this villa the perfect choice for your vacation.

5 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms, on-site cook and housekeeping, family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, lower level terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, upper level terrace for a game of pool, or another upper level terrace for reading, relaxing or just having a cocktail overlooking the front gardens.

The bigger pool heated of Tortuga Bay (84 F, 50x17 ft, 15x5 m) with 2 fountains. Sitting areas in the pool with jets to relax the day away. Volleyball net in pool for sports enthusiants.

Outdoor movie screen and sound system. The screen can be seen from the pool, lower terrace and upper terrace.

Property is surrounded by lush vegetation and palms giving you plenty of privacy. Plenty of space for the kids to run and play.

AMAZING STAY

10/10 in every way. from the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the very kind staff. Through out the whole trip they accommodated every need that we had. The house was perfect and clean. No complaints at all. Also perfect location if you want to relax and go to the beach.

A wonderful place to stay

Had a fantastic time at Sunshine Villa. Exactly as described. The team was wonderful and communication was very strong. We really enjoyed every meal from sandwiches to lobsters! Would highly, highly recommend.

The Best Stay Ever

Our stay at Villa Sunshine was absolutely wonderful!! Oliver and Lenka, as well as the rest of the ladies consistently went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. The house was as beautiful as it was comfortable and the food was delicious! We can wait to come back again next year!!!

This experience was top-notch from the moment we booked the Villa! Leny was extremely proactive regarding transportation, necessary documents, grocery list, and excursions before we arrived. We were greeted by the house staff and property manager, Manuel, as soon as we walked in the villa. Ultra clean, ultra courteous, and ultra accommodating! Trust me…you will not be disappointed with this VIP experience. 5 stars across the board! Thank you for opening up your home….we will 100% be returning!

Sensational Island Vacation Home

My family and I (5) visited for spring break and could not have ask for a better experience. The house, team, and food were exceptional. Both the house and yard were very clean. Great location that provides easy access to beaches, golf and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Amazing!!

This was an amazing vacation. Home was excellent and we loved it and hope to return. The staff was top notch food was so well prepared that we did not eat out even once. We felt like they treated us like family! Lenka was so easy to work with that again we hope to return and stay with her and staff at this wonderful home again!

Great Vacation Home

Our stay was great! The home is beautiful, spacious, and the staff are amazing. The home is only air conditioned in the bedrooms which was unexpected. The air condition in certain rooms didn't produce much cool air but overall everything was great. The host, Leny, is a great host.

House was fabulous and plenty of anything needed. Fantastic management and staff couldn’t have been better. Anna and adalina were super attentive and fantastic in delivering service. Chef Eddie is a great guy and cook. I’d easily recommend this villa and beach in front of la Cana clubhouse a short golf cart ride away.

The Best Family/Friends Vacation

My husband and I travel to the DR quite a bit and we always try somewhere new to stay. This time we selected this home in Punta Cana Resort and we'd agree that to date, it has been our best vacation yet. This home is well situated for young kids. They loved the pool and the movie screen at night. We all enjoyed Chef Francisco's food and the other staff was incredibly helpful. The home is very clean and well maintained. From pick up at the airport, arrival to the home, assistance while we were staying there to return to the airport, this team made everything incredibly easy. This is a home we are excited to go back to very soon. I cannot recommend this home and this team enough!

If you ever wanted to know how the rich & famous live this is the property to visit! Everything about this home is first class...from the minute you land in Punta Cana the service we received was unparalleled! We were celebrating my husband's 62nd birthday with our two children and their spouses. The staff had the home decorated and prepared a spectacular lobster, conch, fish feast with an unbelievable cake the night we arrived. Chef Francisco and staff were extremely attentive for our stay of 5 nights. Breakfast, lunch, dinners were beyond our expectations and were Michelin star quality served in a stunning outdoor setting. The property itself is private yet close to many activities. We played golf, went horseback riding, went to the beach, explored the natural springs, all within golf cart distance. World class marlin fishing minutes away. The owner Leny was in constant contact with us and arranged all services we needed including massages, golf cart rental and planning each meal. If you want a memorable trip with your family this is where you want to come. We will be back! This country is beautiful! Viva La Dominicana!!!!

Fantastic Experience for a Family Trip

We looked at several properties before picking this option and we absolutely loved it. 5 minute drive from the Airport as a start. The owners of the property are extremely helpful and take care great care of the property. We expected the pictures and description to be better than the property, as is usually the case and could not believe the property when we arrived. Large yard, beautiful outdoor areas, and the biggest surprise was the cooking all week. The Chef and Staff that were at the property were the nicest people and created a beautiful unique place setting every meal and every day we were there. We canceled our reservations to eat at a restaurant that was rated highly on the property because the food was so good. We had a beautiful birthday dinner at the house instead with Steak and Lobster (someone showed up at the house with a trunk full of lobster and we picked them out fresh…). The golf carts are a must, but you can be at the beach in 5 minutes, at a golf course, at a restaurant, or to the trails very easily. We also felt extremely safe everywhere we went. We’ve been to many resorts and on several vacations, but this was by far the best accommodations we had and I wouldn’t go to a resort again. We look forward to going back!!!

All we had hoped for!

Our family stayed at the Sunshine Villa for a week and our experience was perfect. The community location is very safe and we liked that it was so close to the airport. The property was just phenomenal and the staff superb! We ate out one night at YOLA and that also was well worth it. But - our in-house chef Antony made us amazing meals and the staff - the two "A"s - Anna and - sorry cannot spell our other staff 's name - but they were terrific. We loved the paella, the pasta, the chicken, the tacos - thank you, We had a wonderful time. Manuel was helpful and the owner Olivier was there upon arrival to ensure a smooth check in. The property was perfect for our family vacation - private, safe and we loved that all the baby things were provided to help us with our stay. We rented the golf cart and that is must to get around. We also golfed 1 day- course was amazing. The ecological reserve nearby is also a must- accessible by golf cart! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful house for a while. For any guest planning to go - don't hesitate but do not spend too much time on the menus that are sent in advance. The approach to food is very flexible and staff will work with you to prepare. I would also next time, only do an initial small grocery order and work with the chef and manuel to plan the grocery trip based on what we want for the the rest of the week.

Best Family Vacation

We stayed at this amazing property with our adult children and grandchildren ranging from 2-7 years old . There was ten of us but the home was spacious and we never felt on top of each other ! The house is in an upscale gated community that is extremely easy to get around by golf carts ! Anna and Patricia took amazing care of my family and the house during our stay ! Domingo, let me just say “chefs kiss” he was so talented ! Every meal was carefully prepared with fresh ingredients. Sushi night was incredible! Who knew sushi was his specialty! The house was spotless and well equipped! Emanuel the house manager was welcoming and knowledgeable. Don’t miss out on all the amenities offered in the community! The massages at the house were a special treat ! The transportation to and from the airport was included, and they were very prompt and professional . Grocery trips after the initial one are $40 even though the grocery store is easily accessible about 10 minutes away by car. We did end up, renting a car and paying less for the car rental then we would have to have the driver bring us to the grocery store and to swim with the dolphins . Even though we were only 10 minutes away from the airport, we were never bothered by airport or plane noise. It was the most relaxing enjoyable family vacation this far ! We are looking forward to returning!

Great girl’s trip

This house is beautiful. The yard and pool area are amazing. We really enjoyed the movie screen—we loved playing music and watching the accompanying videos. It is a short golf cart ride to the beaches which they will have at the house if you rent them. We enjoyed going to The Westin the most to access the beach, you do not have to pay to use the beach chairs (note they do not take cash for payment at the bar or on the beach). Definitely recommend having massages at the house, they were great. Our house ladies were amazing all the way around! Our chef was Simi and he was really fun. Beds were comfortable. The food was good— had breakfast, lunch and dinners. Service was amazing by all 3 staff members. Things to note—they do not provide any soap, shampoo or conditioner so bring your own. The master bedroom was the hardest room to cool so if you need a cooler room choose the smaller ones down stairs. Also, be very specific with your grocery list if you want a different menu than they suggest. We did a Saona Day tour through Viator that was an amazing day, Melvin was a great guide. Our group loved hanging at the house all day in the back yard and by the pool. And we felt very safe in the entire resort complex. Definitely take advantage of the discounted price as a “member” and spend time at the beautiful lagoons-very nice surprise not far from the house.

Family vacation

The Sunshine Villa was the perfect getaway for our family (2 grandparents, 5 adults, 4 kids (ages 3, 4, and 6), and a newborn! A quick 6 minute ride from the airport! The staff had a pack n' play ready and made sure all our sleeping arrangements were as desired. We all stayed comfortably and each family had it's own bathroom (which is key!). The staff of Adelina and Wanda were delightful, often checking in to see what type of services we wanted for the day (bathroom cleaning, towel changes, etc.). They did our laundry upon request, which was turned around in a day! If we went out, they prepared lunch and provided towels! They inquired what time we would return so they could have happy hour drinks prepared for our pool happy hour. The pool was lovely and perfect for the adults and the kiddos. The 1.5-2 foot area was perfect for the little ones and we also brought swimmies for the bigger kids that couldn't yet confidently swim. The chef Jesus prepared all our meals, restaurant style. They were all very good, but our personal favorite was the paella! When we wanted to have two special theme nights, the staff helped decorate and make them special with balloons and festive desserts! We had a lovely week, where we hung at the house for two full pool days. Another day, we went to the local beach at the Westin resort (via golf cart) and while the pools were very nice, we were disappointed the beach was covered in seaweed. Apparently, this is common from roughly May-September. The

We recently stayed at this home in Punta Cana Resort Estates with a group of 6 adults and 6 children, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. They took care of every detail, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The highlight for many of us was the incredible private Chef, who prepared nearly all of our meals with care and creativity. Even on days when we had excursions planned, he thoughtfully packed meals to go so we never missed.The community itself is amazing. Super secure, immaculately maintained grounds, peaceful surroundings, and access to what felt like multiple resort-style areas that we had all to ourselves. The golf carts were an absolute must and made exploring the entire area fun and incredibly convenient.Any small issues that came up were quickly addressed by the owners and staff, which really reinforced the high level of care and professionalism throughout our stay. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxury getaway in Punta Cana.A couple things to keep in mind: communication in English with staff throughout the resort can be challenging, so brushing up on basic Spanish or using a translator app is helpful. Also, the hot water in the showers was occasionally inconsistent. Neither of these were deal breakers for us, but good to be aware of.
